Syracuse Grand

The pool was quite dirty, Breakfast was very bad. Bread products were old.

Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised with how great this place was. There's a few minor things that are showing a bit of their age, but everything felt sufficiently clean. The breakfast was also great, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The property outside was well maintained. The inside of the hotel was not cleaned. Looks like they haven’t cleaned in a while. Dust on the corners. The bathroom had half of roll of toilet paper.

The beds were so comfortable. The room were clean. The halls were quiet. People were respectful.

Checkin wss very easy and the staff was nice. The pool was not available which was disappointing.

The only issue I had was a bad musty smell in the room.

The property is clean, the rooms are clean and the staff were very attentive. The breakfast was okay, could use more options I think. Otherwise great stay.

The hotel is very well appointed and spacious. The room was fine except the bathroom faucet was in need of repair (it was very loose) and the sink drain stopper needed adjustment. The check-in was efficient but not very friendly. Breakfast was wonderful!

Stayed here to attend a wedding. Front desk staff got us checked in quickly. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was typical. Close to the airport and interstate. Hallways could use a thorough vacuuming.

The room was clean, and free off previous guest items. AC worked great. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hot tub was awesome and so was the heated pool. Breakfast was great. Definitely worth the price. I stay here everytime we travel to the area and have never had any issues while here. Highly recommend this facility. Within minutes of a lot of dining options. If you want ice cream I recommend Chuckleberries.

Not a long stay, but a good one. Courteous and helpful staff. Amenities were good and room (king with pullout) was more than enough room for two of us.

This motel is older. The room was okay not fantastic. the bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were awful. We unfortunately stayed here during the Syracuse Nationals, it was noisy with loud cars , loud people in the hallways. All in all it was a place to rest after the baseball game we attended. Would we stay again probably not.

Great ADA parking. Super close to the concert venue.

Clean room and friendly staff. Reasonably priced. I will return when I’m in the area
