The location is amazing ?

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect (just next to The Cavern). Lots to see and do very close by making touring on foot easy. The beds were a bit worn, I could feel the springs in my bed, but not the other one.

Didn't see the £100 deposit upon arrival in the small print caught me off guard, I prefer to pay deposit in advance if necessary, said it can take up to a month to get back which let's it down abit

Great location, steps from everything Liverpool. Under remodel so did not have a lot of on-site amenities but will be fabulous when remodeled.

Location is perfect. You can reach almost all places by foot. Beds are not comfortable. Smell not so good, not so clean. Sticky floor and table. The water in the sink did not drain well, the shower leaks. Wanted to leave luggage for an hour to go for breakfast after check out. Were asked for £5 for each bag.

The room was spacious and comftable and location was excellent The noise of doors opening and closing from others rooms especially early hours "we was room 12" and could hear opening and closing and walking around the corridors what felt like all evening

Nothing Absolutely Horrible Stay – Unsafe and Unacceptable I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families or women. I stayed here while 9 months pregnant, with my 14-year-old niece and two friends, and we had a terrifying experience. Around 2am, a group of men began banging on our door and shouting inappropriate things. We were scared and felt completely unsafe. We called reception multiple times throughout the night, but nothing was done — the men were not removed, and the noise and harassment continued. I barely slept a minute and felt completely vulnerable and ignored. To make things worse, when I requested a refund, the female staff member was incredibly rude, shouted over the phone, and told me that “what other guests do is none of their business.” That response is absolutely shocking and unacceptable. A hotel has a duty of care to protect its guests, especially when safety is at risk. I’m deeply disappointed, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Avoid this place at all costs.

The room was so spacious. Location was incredible and central to Liverpool One. View from the window of the Radio City tower. Nothing, it was a perfect stay.

Plenty of beds and sleeping places available in our room, with am added kitchen and bathroom with a jacoosi, shower and bath and even a television in the wall if the bathroom!! Recommended definitely Not very good soundproofing, should maybe look into this
