The staff who were young and aggressive were terrible. I was met with attitude at every turn. It appears the staff are using the place as there hangout space and many things aren't attended to. The stay was horrific.

We could not open a window and there were no glasses to have a drink, only cups.

Unable to open the windows, but room had air conditioning. Would have liked some hand towels in the bathroom.

The accommodation was very clean and the staff were super friendly, location was central to everything Was warm when we stayed room was stuffy at night

The rooms were clean and the bedding and towels were acceptable standard. The staff were friendly and helpfull. I felt that the management had put their staff in a difficult position in respect of the breakfasts and the water issues. Room: There was only one coat hanger. I requested more but none were supplied. There was no water to the rooms after 10.00am on the Monday morning which meant we had to vacate our room early, the booking was until 11am. Breakfasts: We have made an official complaint to the hotel. Price of breakfast £12.50 and this was poor value.The "continental breakfast"was very poor in content for the amount we were charged. No gluten free option althought we had emailed ahead and asked for this to be provided. This meant that one of our party only had a choice of yogurt and a banana. On the Monday the hotel was no longer serving breakfast and had a contract with the pub next door. This only served a small cooked breakfast with instant coffee or tea bags- there were no choices for vegitarian, gluten free or continental breakfast options. This was unacceptable as one of the party didn't eat a cooked breakfast.

Clean room. Amenities. Location Stained carpet. Noisy bathroom fan/vent which couldn't be switched off. Hard lumpy bed/ pillows. Tv remote didn't switch tv on or off and had to be unplugged from behind the tv which was tight to the wall. Room 415.

There wasn't any service. I received an email before we arrived letting us know that the rooms would only be cleaned after three days. Couldn't quite believe that. It mentioned that we could ask for anything and it would be supplied, tea, coffee etc. We asked twice for a glass and some sugar. No joy. Very poor. Would only recommend for the location, definitely not the service as there wasn't any.

General bad smell in hallways. Bedsheets were changing in every 3 days.

The location was very good The beds were uncomfortable, the was no towels in the room and the TV didn’t work

This is a great cheap hotel. Very good value with comfortable beds and pillows. The front desk staff are really friendly. This is perfect for a one or two night business stay. The decoration in the rooms is very ugly and you cannot open the windows. The A/C temperature doesn't go low enough so it can be quite warm in the rooms.

Conveniently located Elevator did not work and we were 4 floors up There was a vile smell in our hallway similar to cat pee.
