Second time staying here, first under the new management. Location is ideal, our room was fantastic - spacious and clean, with everything we could possibly need. Had a very decent sleep, even with front facing windows the noise wasn't too loud and the bed was comfy, although it could do with a bed bridge. Absolutely nothing to dislike here.

Great location and very friendly staff Old room, towels were old and falling apart, a lot of stairs/not accessible - no boutique vibes at all, just a regular hotel

Unfortunately the property let me know a day before my trip that they are bankrupt. They did put me up in another hotel close by. But apparently they’ve been out of business for a while.

Amazing location, clean and simple accommodations. Bathroom plumbing could have been better (the sink handle was jerry rigged and didn't look great; the sink and shower didn't drain well).

A fabulous little hotel, a great location and an excellent price. The reception team were so welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, with every amenity you would need. There is a restaurant attached, unfortunately we didn't have time to dine there but the smell when passing was delicious. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Everything was perfect.

Good hotel in a great location Staff are excellent ?

Loved the location, very central and east to walk everywhere. Did not try the breakfast or the restaurant attached. Staff was super friendly. Bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. We were on the top floor and found the room to be very warm. The room itself didn’t seem like it had been cleaned super well, the flooring in the bathroom was falling apart and so was the couch. Tv only worked half the time.

Excellent staff … cleaners to front of house especially Megan who was well a very receptive receptionist & courteous & professional in every way. It was all fine.
-
The room was very cold and the sash window didn't close properly, leaving an inch gap at the top.
-
The location was excellent, staff were friendly. Was a bit of a draft in my room from the window, but nothing too bad. Was kind of happy to be honest as hotel rooms are usually too hot!

They didn't make it clear at the point of booking about parking in that you needed to pay and they gave you a discount. No towels initially in the room . Had to ask for tea etc. No light shade . Room looked a bit sad.

Perfect location for seeing Liverpool. The room was very darkly furnished with only a couple of hangers to hang our things. The room was very noisy from the street noise. The bathroom was in poor condition. Housekeeping forgot about our room for the first day & our bed wasn't made. We expected better.

Great location. Very comfortable bed. Overall ok. There’s others in this price point far better Unpleasantly noisy especially in the morning. Bathroom was damp and the carpet next to bathroom gets wet when you have a shower. You’d think being a guest at the hotel you would have some discount in the restaurant as I was shocked to learn a 500ml bottle of water had cost me £4.95 to take away with an espresso, also below par coffee. Anyway these are little insights we didn’t let these spoil an otherwise amazing few days in Liverpool.
