AC would be nice to have. The have “ac” units but they don’t cool the house. Ice makers were not working so had to walk downstairs several times a day (as the phone was not responding most the time)
-
No air conditioning

The staff were perfect. The lunch we were provided with Wine Unearthed at the restaurant was superb and the bed was oh so comfortable/ Zero

Very comfortable

The main disappointment was the security deposit policy. A deposit was taken at check-in, and it wasn’t released until 14 days after check-out. After checking with my bank, I confirmed that the delay was not caused by the bank, it was because the hotel did not release the deposit promptly. This was frustrating and unnecessarily inconvenient. I believe the hotel should be more transparent about its deposit policy and ensure that security deposits are released as soon as possible after guests check out. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but this experience left a negative impression.

Air con in the room worked and let me get a good nights sleep Extractor fan in the bathroom ran constantly, noisy at times.

Nothing Staff, No AC, Dirty Beds, Dirty Floor, Food not good
-
Location was good Air conditioning didn’t work in the bedrooms. Complained at reception but had to go out as no air in the restaurant. The bar was getting refurbished. Had to use a small bar in restaurant but no air conditioning in really hot weather

Dirty sofas in the entryway

Good location near city centre Good few homeless around at night
-
Good location Nice staff The AC was not functioning properly I escalated it to to the staff and they provided a fan Would be much nicer to have a functioning AC as was very warm
-
Quite no loud noise They charge you a 50 pound deposit on arrival and your not told about it before you come
-
Clean, quite Nothing
-
The room itself On arrival I was charged £109 instead of the £59 and was told this was a deposit. This seemed a different policy to the last time I stayed. I reluctantly paid this, yet still await the £50 refund. There was no one at the front desk to talk to when I checked out at 6.20a
