we liked the room and the bed was super comfy, and the staff were all so lovely and made us feel welcomed

We stayed in a room without a window, but unfortunately the smell in the room was absolutely terrible. It was almost like a bad sewer smell. The bed also was not very comfortable, the mattress was very thin and the base was made out of wooden slats. Room 101 really needs looking at.

Personally, I don't understand negative comments. Price was adequate to the quality of the place. If I would like to stay in luxury hotel and spend a lot of money I would just book H hotel 5min away. I wanted a cheap accommodation with bathroom and shower in a good location and it's exactly what I got. We interacted with 3 members of personel in the reception and all were very friendly. Room was small, but ok, comfy matress, we didn't use air con. We were able to leave luggage for few hours free of charge after check out It takes a while to get warm water in the shower and sometimes the smell on the corridor is not pleasant, but the rest was ok.
