The breakfast - the nicest lil madame comes out of the sweetest little room to ask if maybe you want some freshly done eggs. The rest is a self-service buffet tupe deal - all excellent quality elements of a healthy and fulfilling meal. But the cute chef was a sweet surprise. I know ppl need this section to better their business, but i honestly have nothing to mention here. It was a 10/10 experience for me.

Everything Included breakfast was okay. Parking is 800 m away, difficult when pulling luggage.

Excellent location at the edge of the pedestrian old town — turned out to be the perfect balance. Close enough to walk easily to restaurants, cafés and sights, while still only a couple of minutes from a bus stop from where there are direct buses to the bus/train station. Location is particularly convenient with luggage: only a short distance dragging suitcases over cobblestones compared to hotels deeper inside the old town. Being further in would have meant a much longer walk with bags. Had a lovely balcony room overlooking the internal courtyard, which made returning in the evening very pleasant. It was a single room, which was small by definition, but didn't feel cramped at all! Lovely, warm staff who made the stay feel personal. A special mention to Nola (hope I remember the name correctly), who kindly found me a flatter pillow when the standard pillows were too thick for my liking — much appreciated. Fresh warm croissants at breakfast were a lovely addition. Bathroom could have been designed more practically. The wash basin was very small and there was no space to keep toiletries in the shower area (other than on the floor, which is not very convenient). The standard pillows were very thick (though as mentioned, staff helped with an alternative). But a point to ponder, why provide thick pillows by default? Someone who wants thickness can use two, but someone who wants thinness can't slice the height down! A note in case it is of prime importance to someone - this single room with balcony did not have a safe. As a solo female traveller, I would have appreciated a secondary door latch/chain for extra peace of mind.

Beautiful old hotel in the heart of the historic district Nothing

Room was great, breakfast eggs to order, front desk staff friendly and helpful, close to river promenade but quiet. If you’re not used to church bells, may be woken up early. But charming!

My flight was delayed so I was not able to reach the hotel first night. I contacted the hotel and they said they can't cancel the booking and I should pay all the money, but I understood from booking site only first night fee will cut if I don't show up. Unfortunately I paid three nights and I stayed tow only. I think if the reason for not showing up is out of the client desire you should have only first night fee payment. I have a proof of the Turkish airline delay.

The location was very convenient and the staff so kind and friendly!!

There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom Rm 16

The bed springs are making a lot of squeaking noise even with the slightest movement. It’s very disturbing, and our baby keeps waking up because of it.

It’s located in the old town and close to everything. The staff was very helpful and arranged our transportation to the airport. Breakfast was wonderful!

The property was adorable, centrally located and the staff was great. Parking was a nightmare. I wish I would have done better research in this. When I arrived, I parked when they suggested, and hauled my luggage across the cobbled streets. When I left, I was able to get my car and bring it in front of the hotel to load it, but logistically that was a nightmare, too. I paid $100 for parking for a day and a half. Had I done more research, I would have chosen a place with parking included for my circumstances- I didn’t need my car while I was there, but I had been traveling around the country and ending here.

Superb location, close to the old town, castle, river while also being nice and quiet. Very relaxed space with nice old world charm. Very pleasant staff and nice breakfast. Rooms a little cramped and quite basic but fine. Could have used some water/coffee in room.
