Bloom Hotel

Super cute aesthetic motel and friendly, helpful staff. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was spacious with great water pressure and water heater. Room was on the smaller end and the space was taken up almost entirely by the bed. There were no towel racks in the bathroom. Staircase could use a railing for safety.

We loved our stay at the Bloom Hotel. Karmen and her coworkers were so helpful and nice; they gave great restaurant recommendations and helped us schedule a shuttle to the airport. No notes - loved everything!

Beautiful rooms! Front desk/reception ladies were really helpful and especially nice. Location was Al’s wonderful at the end of the pedestrian zone with great shops and restaurants. Breakfast also good.

Cute boutique hotel. Great location. Clean and comfortable bed/linens. The standard room is a bit on the small side (bed is against a wall).

Excellent location, very good breakfast, beautiful courtyard, nice room. The shower was the weirdest & worst designed I have ever encountered anywhere, actually unsafe. The shower door folded inward with only a very tiny knob, not even a handle, at the outside edge to pull the door open once closed. I closed the door, preparing to take a shower, then tried to open it again & couldn't. The seal was fairly tight & the tiny knob useless, so there was absolutely no way to pull the door inward to get out again, and that was with dry hands! The shower surround was far too high for anyone of normal height to reach the top of the door & there was no way to signal for help. I struggled with it for a very long time getting more panicked before finally managing to wedge a finger through the door seal enough to pull hard enough to force the door to start folding. This is DANGEROUS! A door that folded outward or even a properly sized & positioned handle would solve the problem, but otherwise that shower is a terrifying trap.

Staff - we tried ordering wine around 9:30 PM (room service was until 10:30) but the receptionist said no since she was going home

Stayed one night and had to check out very early (4am) to catch a flight. The reception staff was excellent, they put together breakfast boxes for us and dropped off to our room that evening, because we were going to miss breakfast service. The hotel was in a great location, and check in was easy. I loved the style and decor of the hotel. While they have an elevator, they only allow it to be used during normal business hours. Since we had an early flight, we had to carry our large luggage down a spiraling staircase at 4am. Also we chose one of the cheapest rooms since we knew we would only be staying one night, however the room was very small. I would be a bit uncomfortable in that room if we were to stay there for a longer period of time.

The room was small but clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect. A quick walk into the old town. Be sure to use the hotel to help arrange transportation to and from the airport. We took a taxi and paid significantly more than the taxi they booked for us.

Great location, easy to walk to shops and restaurants from the hotel. Breakfast was exactly what we needed, including good coffee!

Location just on the edge of the old town pedestrian zone. Clean and silent. Very good bed. Extra quality, ecological bathroom supplies. Stylish breakfast. Strong chemical smell in the room when arrived. Had to leave the window open for the evening. Little water damage in the bathroom door.

The hotel is beautiful - well appointed and a lovely design. The breakfast was top notch - we loved eating there. The street was quiet and we slept well. The room and bathroom were a bit small but we also selected the least expensive room, so this is part of the equation.

Nice little hotel at a good location. Clean rooms, descent breakfast, good bed, working ac and minibar. What else would you need? World’s fastest elevator :D

The location is excellent, making it a great starting point for exploring the area. The room was spotless, and the breakfast was of high quality. The staff stood out for their politeness and professionalism, adding to the overall experience. All in all, it was a great boutique hotel that I would highly recommend. The elevator is quite slow, and reaching the third floor took longer than expected. However, this was only a minor inconvenience and certainly not a deal breaker.

Beautiful aesthetic, large room, very clean, exceptional breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel. The shower was weird. The door was hard to open from inside the shower and the shower needs a proper shower head- not the handheld. Using the handheld not only makes showering more challenging, but it also shoots water at the base of the shower door which results in a large puddle outside the shower by the toilet.

Great location, central but in a quiet area with many restaurants and tourist attractions nearby. The staff is very kind and warm and the breakfast is very good. The room (1st floor) was a little noisy between the noise from the street outside and the rumour coming from downstairs/the stair. Must say that I am a light sleeper, too!
