Nice location and good amenities in the room (refrigerator, bedside tables with lamps, desk and chair). The bed was firm but comfortable. Shower had instant hot water. There were many options at breakfast and the breakfast staff did a great job of refilling the buffet serving dishes and clearing/cleaning tables. Many compliments to the breakfast staff and team - it was quite well-run for a hotel of this size. I would have given a higher rating overall but we were awoken three separate days at around 6:30 am by fire alarms. Getting quickly dressed and walking down 10 floors via the stairs was very annoying that early. Then coming back up there was a crowd at the elevator or you had to walk back up the stairs (not terrible if you’re on a low floor but 10 floors is a lot first thing in the morning). We only stayed there 5 nights so this occurred more than 50% of the time. Not sure if the alarms were because of guests smoking inside or if it was something in the kitchen but regardless of what caused it, we had difficulty getting a good sleep since we were waking up 1-2 hours earlier than planned for most of our stay.

Great breakfast. Overall good. Not fancy but acceptable. Good AC. The carpets in hallway were dirty/stained. Parking situation is poor. Prepare to use street and get the local app. I got lucky and usually found something close.

Excellent breakfast. Large comfortable room with air con (much needed). Reasonable value option for Ljubljana I hadn't noticed the additional dog supplement when booking so the extra €25 was a surprise

The location was perfect! We were able to walk to all the sites we wanted to see, and there was a delicious kebab place across the street! We enjoyed the breakfast, and the bed was super comfortable. Staff was great, and we were able to leave our bags until check in time. There was a smell in the bathroom when we first arrived, but it disappeared before we could even report it!

The door of the bathroom is a sliding one without closing properly. So, not much privacy in the restroom.

Overall very nice hotel. If tea/coffee facilities and a fridge were available in the room, it could be a 4-star hotel (but you can get hot water at the reception). Personnel is helpful, breakfast is good The price is a bit too expensive in comparison to Graz, for example, but I assume there are not so many good hotels in Ljubljyana and demand is very high, the hotel was full

Location. No hot water for three nights - used sport centers and pay saunas to shower. Hotels did not offer any compensation upfront - after many complaints to Booking.com looks like hotel agreed to a refund percentage. However, today, 5 days after the stay, no compensation received, just words and delays.

Buffet style breakfast had a wide selection of items. I would not change anything. There was a tour group there on the last day and the room was crowded.

Room was a bit disappointing. The beds were lumpy, and were not super clean (i found cherry stems on the floor like a previous visitor had been eating them and left on the ground.) However, the biggest frustration was the shower which had no hot water, nor water pressure. It was discovered when attempting to shower before checkout. When i notified the front desk, they sent someone immediately. However they said they would fix it once we left the room. This wasnt helpful since I needed to catch a flight asap, and checkout was within 1-2 hours. Upon pushing, they allowed me to shower in another room, however, this water temperature and pressure could not have been a new issue, and it caused a lot of stress and delays prior to my long day of travel.
