Breakfast was good. Easy walk from bus station. Very basic accommodation. To get to any good restaurant, you had to walk 20 mins into the city centre. Aldi store very close to buy food. No kitchen facilities at all. I only booked this hotel because there was nothing else available.

Clean, walking distance to downtown Online maps will put you slightly off base as you visit the emergency department at the local hospital. Parking was a little tricky.

The receptionists were excellent.

Parking was an extra 20 euros, and it was a little of a struggle to figure out where to park without parking on side street and trying to find reception. The hotel was about 15 to 20 minutes walk from the town centre. It also is located next to a hospital.

Nothing at all A truly disappointing hotel experience that would not be recommended to anyone. First of all, the hotel is located right next to a hospital, so every time guests enter or leave the property, they are faced with large queues of patients, nurses, and hospital staff. The overall outdoor environment feels unpleasant and far from welcoming. The reception service was also very poor. Guests had to wait 5–10 minutes before finding a staff member available to assist them. Cleanliness was another major issue. The main carpet in the lobby was full of stains and dirt, creating a terrible first impression. In addition, the room was located directly in front of some kind of reimbursement or administrative area, resulting in constant noise throughout the stay. The breakfast was among the worst experienced in any hotel. There were barely any choices available, and the few options left were not tasty at all. Another unpleasant surprise was the parking fee. It was never clearly mentioned that parking had to be paid separately, resulting in a charge of €35 for just 24 hours. Overall, this was an awful experience and a complete disappointment. Definitely not a place worth booking. Honestly, it is surprising to see so many positive reviews, because this place does not deserve even one good rating.

It’s close to tourist areas in Ljubljana. Reasonable walking distance from train station. When check in the girl didn’t know the credit card terminal which button is Euro or my home currency, at a result I got charged with my home currency which is 10% higher than the other for the exchange rate and she said the transaction cannot be reversed even just right after the transaction was ended! When you work at reception you should know your job especially it’s just the credit card terminal, put a sticker on it to prevent confusion for customers Breakfast area needs some direction once you get out of the elevator as everyone is looking for it

Staff was rude and cursed at me and my ten year old daughter in slovenian. Not knowing I understand slovenian. Absolutely out of line and unprofessional.

Great staff and great location although it is a little bit noisy! The hotel is just near the emergencies, so you can guess what kind of noise you'll get! Helicopters transporting patients and ambulances. Apart that, staff were very nice! Decent place.

Unacceptable experience on my second night. My key card was deactivated and there was no one at the reception. After calling them, they promised someone would arrive in 15 minutes, but I was left waiting for over an hour until 3:00 AM. In the end, I had to find a solution myself using cards they pointed out over the phone. A complete lack of professional service.

Bed I asked for should have been Queen bed but it was with 2 madraces that were separating all night, and one of us always slept in the hole...

Was cold in room

Very good breakfast, comfortable room, we were able to store our extra suitcase while we traveled with a tour for 2 weeks. When I thought I’d left something behind they were right in it and got back in touch with me quickly There were water pressure issues on morning. Our shower wasn’t affected but other rooms were. That may be why the kitchen staff was very short with questions/requests. They ran short of some food & dishware that morning. We couldn’t turn in the heat and I think it’s not turned on at all until a specific date, even when the weather changes.

The hotel is in a relatively quiet residential area that felt safe to walk to and from. It's about a 15 minute walk from the center of Ljubljana and the bus and train station so somewhat centrally located. The complimentary breakfast was a nice perk that was offered but it was very meat-centric, so if you're a vegetarian, there wasn't a lot to eat. The hotel is a block away from a grocery store and pharmacy so if you want to get your own food or need medicine, you're in luck. The bathroom layout is terrible with the toilet crammed into a corner between the shower and sink and low to the floor. It wasn't designed for anyone over 6 ft tall. The shower also had no shelf in it to hold shampoo and soap and water leaked out into the rest of the bathroom. The hotel itself is next to a hospital and parking garage, so the view was of cars and administrative offices. There isn't a receptionist on duty 24 hours a day. When I tried to check out at 11:00AM, no one was there so a maid had to help store my luggage to pick up later. I brought in food to eat one day and found ants in my room shortly thereafter, which was a disappointment.

Location, facilities, and breakfast Parking is very tricky, google map isn’t correct entirely

It was nice to be able to go literally around the corner of the building to a grocery store. It was relatively quiet, and the staff was helpful. It was a bit of a walk from the train station and to the Old Town area, but doable! It was adjacent to a hospital which was a bit different, but again, okay.

There wasn’t much eat at breakfast.

The hotel is situated a short walk away from the city center and within walking distance to the train station. There is also a convenience store just a few meters away. And despite there being a hospital just right next door, I never had any issues with noise. Everything was exactly how I needed it to be, no complaints.

Entrance and lobby were very simple (some previous comments mentions ongoing renovation- we did not see that, but maybe it was just temporary lobby?). Anyway, rooms where very comfortable, just as seen in other similar hotels. All was clean and nice. Good bathroom. As other comments mentions, hotel is next to the hospital, but we did not hear any sirens during our stay and we actually found location very good- just walking distance from old town and from central bus station (bus to and from airport stops there). As other comments already states, breakfast were not the best. There is relatively small choice, which was not exactly problem, but maybe does not exactly match breakfast seen in other hotels. So expect to have just simple breakfast, and you will not be disappointed.
