Boutique Hotel Asteria

The location was ok, the bed was comfortable & the breakfast good. Our room was small with basement windows & the shower leaked. The staff were efficient but abrupt.

The lady who checked in us on June 12,2026,Fraiday, would be desired to be more kinder to first time visitors, responding to their question more genuinely with some details. However, in the morning, the next day, the lady, who was preparing breakfast, was so kind and helpful.

The complex was attractive. Eating area nice. Breakfast was fine, great service. Limited but decent choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location, 10-15 minutes walk to the historic area of Ljubljana. 2 major negatives. 1) our room was very small, very limited Stargell foe clothes, suitcases. The bathroom was really small, especially the shower area. I couldn’t stand straight up in the shower and much of the floor was wet even after a quick shower. There was a lot of road noise during all of the daylight times. Overnight it was pretty quiet.

Great property, clean rooms friendly staff excellent breakfast. It’s a near restaurant and stairways and get walk into old town.

Wonderful staff, nice atmosphere and a convenient location. Near a hospital so lots of noise from emergency vehicle sirens.

The property was good, but the thing that I’d really like the most was the staff’s attention; it was remarkable. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

It was close to the beautiful Ljubljana center. There was.a restaurant featuring Balkan food next door

The accommodation is very good and easily accessible from the highway, but is within walking distance of the old town. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Nothing

Wonderful staff, very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very good value for the price. Breakfast was included and we could eat our fill from a very good selection of food. The lady at breakfast was so helpful, as was the lady who booked us in (she waited extra for us to arrive). everything was great, no complaints at all.

Shower was very small

It was a boutique hotel with a personal touch. The location was excellent, 12 mins walk to the Bus/train station and 12 mins walk into the main touristic attractions. Absolute value for money. I liked it all.

One hot shower every 18 hours - maybe water heater isn't working?

Overall, our stay was ok. Small space and very small shower. Not sure if this applies to all rooms.

A lovely quaint boutique hotel few min away from the city centre. The room was spacious and the amenities were well arranged. We got a room on the ground floor which was super convenient to drag our bags! The staff was polite, courteous and friendly. She helped us with local tips and suggestions. The reason we chose this hotel is since it a short walk to the train station where we had our shuttle pick up the next morning. The location was simply perfect ! Even the city centre is a 20 min walk away. The breakfast staff was also friendly and let us grab a quick bite before we left the next morning. Thank you guys for a great stay! Nothing

Very beautiful and enchanting

The only saving grace of the property was the staff. The boss has directed them to turn off the air conditioning despite warmer temperatures carrying over into the fall season. Our subterranean double room was hot and musty and the street level window offered little. Plus, it was very noisy when left open for air. The staff did their best by offering a fan as a last resort.
