Even though it is non smoking hotel, the room smelled of cigarette smoke.

Good

Nothing fancy but great hospitality. Bathroom clean and the shower is great. Also the staff is really kind and willing to help, breakfast is good and they have some hot options like scrambled eggs made as you wish. Also offer parking for free and is quite close to the city center, around 10 minutes walking. The coffee from the coffee machine offered on the breakfast could be better, but that's is just my personal taste.

The location was superb - just a short walk to the town and the beach but because it wasn't right in the centre of town there was room for adequate parking which was important to me. The breakfast was great with lovely eggs and bacon and a large choice of other items. As a bonus in the evening they did bar snacks which I had not expected - and their burgers were very tasty. The room was spacious, comfy and clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful - we would quite happily return. Nothing.

Just a 10 minute walk into the centre of llanes. Good parking. A lift is available. The bathroom is a good size with everything provided. (Shower in the bath). The staff at reception are pleasant. No information was offered on the area or about the big festival that weekend (that we did not know was on) but we were able to find out for ourselves. We had an attic room which is a little tight for head space when walking around the bed to access the wardrobes and the suitcase area. No air-conditioning. No fridge. No coffee machine. No kettle.

The location of the hotel was about a ten minute walk or so to the centre. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The receptionist spoke very good English. Although there is a parking area within the grounds of the hotel I was told I could store my motorbike in a secure garage located on site, which was an added bonus. I found all of the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, light and very clean. I found no signs of wear and tear at all. The room had a balcony with seating with a lovely view of the hills. The Tv was large and there was plenty of cupboard space with hangers. I paid extra for breakfast (10Euros). This got me a cooked breakfast of my choice as well as access to a large selection of buffet breakfast options of which I could help myself to, i.e. toast, preserves, croissants, tortillas, small cakes, etc. You could have as many drinks as you liked, coffee, juice, etc. You could also just have the buffet option breakfast (6Euros I think) which was all of the above minus the cooked option. This is not necessarily a dislike but just an observation. I've been on a 6 day tour of northern Spain and this hotel was more or less double the price of anything I'd stayed in previously. Although having looked at alternatives in the area it just seems to be the going rate. Yes, you can get cheaper, but these places are not withing walking distance of the centre. It just depends what is important to you.

The breakfast was excellent. Healthy choices for us that want it, with lots of extras and cooked too. Though we were full and satisfied without cooked. Staff attentive. Location great. Nothing

Modern hotel but felt like an older house. Large bedroom with comfortable beds and good bathroom. Friendly welcome and the breakfast at extra cost was well worth it. In a quiet residential area a short walk to the centre. Nothing

10mins walk from town. 15mins walk to one of many beaches. Staff really went above and beyond. So helpful. Garage parking for our Motorbike at no extra cost. Very good breakfast. Excellent service. Nothing

Good, clean, good breakfast, friendly, helpful. A kettle and cups etc in the room would make a large improvement.

Brilliant , friendly, professionnel staff , nice walk into town, not too far and free parking Machine coffee and far too sweet !
