Great property, very good for our one night stay

A pleasant stay right in...

The kitchen was a big surprise! It was so well equipped! And the location was really convenient! The staff, Jamie, was very welcoming and helpful!!! We were very well informed throughout the whole stay. The house keeping was excellent which made our stay very easy without any fuzz. The only little drawback was it was a little noisy as our room was on the ground floor near the back door exit.

Spacious family room. Very clean room. Good parking just behind the hostel for £4 daily. Co-op store and petrol just across the street. Jamie was very helpful. Wi-fi connection could be better. Some guests not cleaning their dishes properly in the kitchen. Need better instructions for operating the oven in the kitchen.

Clean, comfortable and great position

We weren't prepared for how modern the hostel would be; it was fantastic. The whole place had such a nice, bright feeling about it and it was easily the cleanest place we've ever stayed. The beds were comfortable, the shower was powerful and the tea making facilities in the room were a great touch. The common areas were lovely - the kitchen was like being in a little B&B and the lounge area was really comfortable. It felt like they'd thought of everything that you might need during your stay. Maybe the best thing was the staff - the pre-check in message was so clear and helpful, and we felt like we could've got in touch either with staff on site or via message at any point, without them being in any way invasive. Price wise, it beat anything else in the local area by far and was an amazing location. I can't recommend this place enough. More FYIs than downsides: You might need earplugs as the sound really travels - especially from the stairwell - but this is something you'd get in pretty much any other hotel or hostel, too. We parked OK, but you might struggle if you arrive during peak tourist hours (9-3ish in the summer) so my advice is to get there a little earlier or later.

Great clear communication from owner over WhatsApp with greetings and instructions. Very friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean and comfortable room. We had everything we needed and mire. It was really homely in the lounge area to relax and the kitchen was a great extra with everything you would have at home. Had a drink in the garden before going out. Brilliant shower really powerful just what was needed after a night of dancing. We have visited in the past and will definitely not hesitate to book again. Nothing not too like !

We had a wonderful stay at Llangollen Hostel, it's a real little gem. The hostel was spotlessly clean, and Jamie was the perfect host. Before we arrived, he sent us a WhatsApp message with all the information we needed, which made everything so easy. The hostel has all the facilities you could require, including a comfortable guest lounge and a fully equipped kitchen if you want to prepare your own meals. All rooms are private and come with your own room key, giving you extra privacy and security. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Llangollen Hostel to anyone looking for clean, comfortable, affordable and welcoming accommodation right in the heart of llangollen. We would happily stay again! Nothing
