The location & white fluffy towels How scruffy the decor is, room needed numerous repairs, the high noise levels within the building throughout the night & early morning. Pillows were uncomfortable

Location, right on the Thames on a beautiful day. We rode the bikes along the river that was supplied by the hotel. Great vibe - highly recommended. Nothing!
