no air condition, during extremly hot days the stay was very difficult.

just location unfortunately small room, old equipment, no ac, broken fan, broken power sockets, broken entry door, no option to open windows (except one very small). We asked them to cancel reservation after first night and return money but they refused.

N/a I didn’t think that was a 3 star hotel . The room was very small and the air conditioning unit was a stand alone unit that we had to have the room windows open and was liking hot air from the back. The breakfast wasn’t very nice please don’t call the hotel 3 star at best 2star. I don’t think I will ever stay there again.

It's a nice, clean, little hotel close to the Paddington Station. The beds are really comfy, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Wifi works, there are towels and a hairdryer. Breakfast was really nice (scramble eggs, sunny eggs, beans, toast, pastries, fruits, yoghurt, some meats) but repeatable. I would stay there again. The elevator is tiny (like for 1 person with luggage), but compared to other London hotels, it was nice to have an elevator at all. The rooms and bathrooms are also really small, so it wouldn't be a good place for a longer stay.

Location was great...breakfast included was a bonus Poor air conditioning in room...couldn't open windows either as screwed down with vent sticking out of them. Room fridge was running hot...got it changed out but really wasn't much better

The fact that there is AC in London is such a big deal, I was shocked to find out how amazing Brunel is for Having AC. Nothing really, compared to other hotels in the same bracket as The Brunel I think the hotel is amazing.

Great location, decent rooms and good breakfast. Value for a money is great therefore I'm giving 10.

Great location, the room away from the street was fairly quiet, breakfast good The hotel could do with a bit of maintenance. The room had a bit of a funky smell. The elevator broke down for a day and one night we were startled by a false fire alarm.
