Location right by Paddington tube line Too hot !!! old ac unit in room didn’t work asked if a fan was available to be told no they don’t advertise cooling just heating shampoo and shower gel provided not good quality

The hotel fully met our expectations, especially considering the price-quality ratio. The beds were fresh and clean, as were the towels. The décor was basic and simple. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had booked an extra night and had to switch rooms, they moved our luggage to the new room for us, which we really appreciated. This hotel is the perfect base for exploring London.

N/A There was an air con unit in the room which didn't make any difference. The bed/pillows were uncomfortable. Some of the flooring was sticking up, causing potential hazards. There were holes in the walls, stains in the wall, and parts of the ceiling were flaking/coming away. The room and the furniture hadn't been cleaned prior to us arriving. There was no toilet brush in the shower room. The shower door was hanging off. The emergency lighting by the front door was constantly flickering. During the night whilst sleeping, you could hear other people walking around/talking loud. There was no coat hook to hang your coats up. When on, the water from the shower head was heading in different directions, and the pressure was poor.

Location is very convenient, 5 minutes from Paddington Station with good access to public transport. Room had reasonable size. Other guests were not noisy. Air conditioning was not working. Not acceptable in 30 degrees. Cleanliness could be improved. No kettle. Safe was not working (empty batteries?).

Location was good but the actual name of the hotel is not as advertised and isn't immediately obvious. Clean and neutral No lifts, very steep stairs. No aircon, windows barely open and the property is like a sauna. Water pressure was poor and the water ran hot for minutes before going cold.

Location was great for station and parks The tea/ coffee facility in the room was not stocked at all and the initial receptionist who checked us in was quite rude
