The gentleman who was checking me out was lovely. Breakfast was stale crossiant & toast. Fruit and yougart that's it. Not worth the cost On check in i had one guest and no breakfast. I was charged for two breakfast £20 and told i couldn't change it. I showed my booking £20 cheaper and only then was refunded for one. Old windows- room was nosy Basic room, no room to walk round bed TV didnt work. It runs off WiFi and kept freezing every 30secs. Couldn't watch anything

The Hotel staffs are friendly and accommodating. The Hotel location is impeccable as it´s located near to a few Underground lines that go all around the city and also the Elizabeth line directly from Heathrow Airport. It´s understandable that last weekend heatwave was one of the rare incidents in London, but the room can be very stuffy and hot when the weather is warm. Besides that, the double bed is be a bit on the smaller side and hard.

The hotel had a perfect location and the rooms were very clean, plus being able to leave my luggage outside check-in and check-out times made my trip much easier. The rooms were extremely small and, without air conditioning, the fan wasn’t enough to keep cool on hot days.

Location was good for this visit. Bedrooms a bit small.

Location was excellently near Paddington Station. Not too close so that you get the hustle and bustle of foot traffic outside, but was easily accessible from the station. Building does not have air conditioning and have limited number of fans. I understand that this is the case with many historical buildings, but perhaps account for that especially during the summer season.
