The only positive thing about this hotel is the location. Worst hotel experience of my life. Firstly, the hotel was exceptionally warm. We understand that there was a heatwave in London at the time, but that does not excuse the lack of preparedness for such events. While the staff in reception had air conditioning, none of the rooms have air conditioning and the hotel guests was given a fan to blow the hot air around the room. The air conditioning in the hallway outside the room was broken during the entire stay. When we asked reception if they could send someone to fix it the guy just laughed at us. We asked for help about the heat multiple times and was told to "talk to the next person on staff" by everyone working at the hotel, with no one actually helping us. Such lack of customer service and hospitality is appalling. Secondly, the hotel room in itself was also far below standard. The bathroom was filthy and appears to not have been properly cleaned for years. There was hair in the shower, in the bedsheets and on the towels. The cups next to the coffee maker had lip marks on them and had obviously not been cleaned. Moreover, the bed itself was exceptionally hard and uncomfortable to sleep in. I have emailed the hotel after our stay and was told "they would get back to me". After several email reminders I have still not heard back from them almost a month later. Horrible hotel and horrible staff.

Location was great, room was nice and clean. Bathroom was a tad too small for my large boyfriend, but good size for me. There was no way to open the windows well enough to get fresh air and the room was really stuffy the whole time. Due to the bad airflow it was also really hot. Maybe if they could remove the window stoppers, that would make it so much better!

Location No AC, our room was too small, our room was next to breakfast prep area which was noisy, coffee machine broke down that morning and when I ask for a cup of ice, she said NO but a nice lady gave me one.

Good location, the staff were all very nice. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed comfortable. We arrived on a very early flight and were able to leave our bags before our room was ready . Would go back again.

The location is really good - right next to Paddington and Lancaster Gate tube stations and felt safe in the area ! Liked the Room was ridiculously hot in temperature - so uncomfortable- we had to prop the door open whilst we were in it when awake to let some air in. Apparently it’s the heated mirrors in the bathroom… anyway it felt like the heating was on full blast; slept really rubbish because of this. The only reason we could tolerate it was because of the electric fan that’s provided , but just blows around the hot air of course. Shower heads are really poor, could barely wash the shampoo out my hair.

Location was amazing and clean Very small Value for money not great At check out the staff was great but on check in I found him rude and cough on the card before giving it to me with no explanation or welcome. Was on phone to friends or family. Would have reviewed it lower but the gentlemen on check was lovely

Such a convenient location - a very easy , short walk from Paddington station , where the Heathrow Express arrives from the airport. Nothing , because it was such great value. Maybe the water pressure in the shower could have been better - it was quite weak.

Great location, well staffed, comfortable

The hotel is located in a very strategic position, Close to Paddington station and to Hyde Park
-
Nice building and interior and clean Nothing

The room was incredibly small and the shower didn’t have a handheld shower head. I think 151£ for one night was too much for what it offered

The receptionist was very welcoming. The staff were friendly the Hotel is very close to the station Although the road outside the hotel was busy there was little noise inside. The corridor leading to our room was long and twisty The room, although not large, had everything that was needed. There was no hot water in the shower Breakfast was plentiful pity there was not a full English.
