No lift and was given a room on third floor which made it not worth it at all. In addition they had just painted the room and smell was awful

Great location, comfortable bed, good sized room. Could provide some more tea/coffee/milk.

The room was very small.

Room was clean and pleasant. Staff responsive and kind. Location convenient. Hotel lacked other amenities, check in was a desk, no real lobby or other facilities.
-
Proximity to Paddington Station and Hyde Park The moths and the torn curtain sheers.

Lovely exterior. Interior tasteful. Good space in the room. Nice to have help getting the bags up the stairs. The super bright white LED lights . Warm lights are timeless and more appealing.

On booking.com. Staff was super nice, very clean but didn’t know my room would be on 4th floor with no elevator. Picture display on website is deceiving. Need to say that it’s a very small hotel about 13-14 rooms, 4 stories with no elevator.

The Staff were very kind and helpful. The location was exactly where I needed to be, so that helped immensely. The bed and mattress were both very comfortable. The room had high ceilings, so seemed airy. The room had a huge window so it was bright and cheerful. I got a ground floor room as requested. I was permitted to have early access by about 1 hour, so that was very helpful. Generally, I would stay at this hotel again, next time. The room didn't have much of a view, but it was ground floor, so really shouldn't expect much. I think if two people were to stay here, it would be a little tight if wanting to have more than two open luggage bags at once. But for one person, this room was perfect. Or for two persons with one luggage bag each.

Wonderful location on quiet street but close enough to park and Paddington Station. Very clean and exactly as pictured. Not a complaint, and I love being in the top floor, but rooms can only be accessed by stairs.

Attractive, comfortable room Small shower, no constant staff member present. No tourist pamphlets, etc.

There were not of amenities beyond the room, but the room was very comfortable and well-stocked.

The location. The bathroom had a LOT of mold. We found out at night cause we were out all day and there nobody at the service desk. The windows were full of mold. Curtains were ripped. Window wouldnt open without a screw falling out. There were long light brown hairs all over the room. Me and my friend both have black hair. I reached out to the hotel - no response Reached out to Booking - getting a €26 compensation. I paid €193 for this. What a disappointment.

Location. Great shower. A little cramped but that’s expected.
-
There is no lift so had to get our luggage up and down on the stairs.

Close to the subway - very accommodating staff

The property is significantly overpriced for the facilities offered and the size of the room. The room itself was very small and did not meet the expectations of a four-star hotel. Additionally, the hotel has no elevator, which is something I have never encountered in a hotel of this rating. I had requested a ground-floor room prior to arrival due to health issues, but this request was unfortunately not fulfilled. The location was also disappointing. Overall, I was not satisfied at all.

Great value and very convenient to the Paddington Station, Hyde Park, restaurants, and Sainsbury's Local. Very clean and my experience with the staff was great. The 130m^2 room was very spacious and worth the extra cost over the 120m^2 ones, and the desk a good size. No USB outlets—I ended up using the TV's USB port to charge my phone. Smallest sink I've ever seen, but it was fine for me.
