Very good

I have stayed at this wonderful hotel several times. Most of the rooms are fantastic. I love the upstairs rooms and the hotel is perfect for my needs. The room one I stayed in most recently in lower ground aka "basement" was less good because the window looks out to a wall 1 meter away, right next to the huge extraction pipe for the air con for the whole building which is quite noisy. That said the basement room is considerably better than hotels nearby with comparable basement rooms.

Top Hotel Nothing

The location was 5 mins walk from Paddington train & tube station Lovely room (small) but had everything you needed. Comfy bed
-
Close to Paddington Station and restaurants. Even though it didn’t have an elevator, the porter graciously carried our bags up and down several flights of stairs. Pillows were not comfortable.

AC, Refrigerator, housekeeping, size of the room. Wallpapers had a lot of black marks, likely from the suitcases by guests, but that was not a big deal.

Aircon could be more efficient

It was a quaint property in an older building with lots of charm. the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The pillows were flat and I didn't realize that there wasn't an elevator but that was more on me than on the property. It only gave us more of a cardio workout. I'm glad we weren't there longer.

Clean and central No lift , but it’s an old building so understandable

Very pleasant staff on arrival (checked in at sister hotel opposite). Well located if you’re coming in or out of Paddington Train Station. Air con in room was efficient & quiet and there was also no noise from outside although we were on the top floor (4th Floor). Good facilities in the room itself plus the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Had to check in at sister hotel (The Westbourne) on opposite side of the road but this wasn’t that big a deal really.
