Fine place to stay with good amenities in terms of bedroom/bathroom and kitchen facilities, including a nice provision of tea, coffee, milk, and sugar! We've stayed here before and came back happily. Staff are lovely and helpful. There is a ramp to the door and a lift inside although not all rooms can be reached easily due to hallway steps so do ask for a level access room if you need one. The rooms are quite tiny (no surprise given the location!) so it was hard to fit my wheelchair into the door between the doorway and the furniture. Everything else was great!

Clean, good location close to Paddington and the Underground. Friendly, helpful staff. Good overall size for London. We booked a one bedroom unit but there is no door between the living area and bedroom. Bathroom is very small.

Nothing. I’m so dissatisfied with the hotel and would recommend you don’t book here. I booked a one bedroom suite as I was travelling with my daughter husband and wanted additional privacy. I was given a bedroom with a partition. No door on the bedroom and the sofa bed for my daughter was half way across the partition area meaning we couldn’t get by to leave our bedroom area. Absolutely shocking and not acceptable. It wasn’t a one bed suite and should not be classed as that and the hotel should be embarrassed to charge €375 per night for that room. I should have just booked another hotel with 3 beds in one room! Absolutely raging and feel like I was conned but buyer beware.

Great location, close to Paddington in a nice part of London. Staff were very welcoming on arrival and the bar area looked nice, although we never used this service so cannot provide comment on this. The room was very small, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and the WIFI signal was terrible.
