Location was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful The walls were very thin on the top floor so could hear others slamming doors and talking. I could also hear next door in their bathroom.

I appreciated the tea and coffee-making facilities in the room. The location is great for accessing all of London's main attractions. The bed was comfortable, with plenty of pillows and cushions provided. There were no surfaces in the bathroom for putting toiletries on, so using the bathroom was a bit of a struggle. There were screens over the windows that couldn't be raised, which made me feel quite hemmed in. The shower control lever was difficult to move, and the shower water took a quite while to warm up. There was no bedside lamp, and there didn't seem to be a way of turning off the main light from the bed.

The location is great! Loads of cafes, pubs, and restaurants just a few feet away, and a very easy 10 min from Paddington Station or 5min to Lancaster Gate tube. The room was just as advertised. We booked a twin room for myself and my teen. It was small, but certainly not the smallest for the price point. It had what we needed, it was clean and comfortable, there are international TV shows/stations for kids, news, etc. The towels are big and the bathroom clean and maintained. There was some noise from neighbours but no street noise at all. Also, we were able to stow our bags and go explore before check-in time, and at check-out ahead of our later departure. We didn't opt for the on-site breakfast, but by description and other guests' comments, it's a tasty complete "English Breakfast" for a reasonable price. We will definitely stay here again for London city adventures and/or a stop-over en route to/from LHR! The neighbours upstairs and on our side were LOUD. Lots of banging around late, and doors shutting loudly early a.m.. Not really something the hotel itself can prevent/ensure--people are people. That said, it didn't wake my kid that I noticed, just me. Not something that would deter me from coming back necessarily, just worth a mention as it is an older converted building so perhaps not super soundproof?

Mr. Aman kindly arranged for a room for me though I arrived early. Also allowed an extra hour at checkout since i had to attend a virtual meeting. Very spacious room, bed was super comfortable, had a good nights sleep. Amenities like hot water kettle, shower etc worked well. Location is excellent, 7 mins walk from Paddington station. Many restaurants nearby.

The hotel's location was very good. The metro was very close. The rooms were small, but we knew that beforehand. Since we were out all day, it didn't bother us. The towels were changed every day, but the bed linens were never changed during our 6-night stay, which I didn't like.
