The property was great a great location about a 5 min walk to a tube station, the rooms were very spacious air conditioning was great to help with the strong London heat at the time of our trip. Staff were all lovely and able to help with any of our needs.

Perfect location to restaurants, shops and Hyde Park. Beds were not pull apart 2 twin beds for sharing.

it met my expectation room was a bit small but thats it.

Breakfast was a convenient place to have a meeting over breakfast. The lounge area was also suitable for the meetings I had. The fittings in the shower were wobbly and the shower head was loose. There could be more attention paid to fittings in the bathroom.

The location of the hotel is great. There is no sound insulation in this hotel. In your room you can hear everything in the room above and next to you. Including their bathroom visit and their call to their mum at 1 am in the morning. If I was a solo traveller this would have made me very nervous because at times noises were so loud it sounded like someone was in the room with me.

Great location and good breakfast. The hotel staff were really friendly. The room bed wasn't comfortable.

We liked the location to Hyde park and Lancaster station The building work going on at the hotel, absolutely no view only scaffolding, no restaurant and the extortionate price for a room located beside the noisy lift!!!!
