Great location, has an elevator, was perfect for a long weekend stay for 2 people. They were able to accommodate an early check-in (was in communication about this from the start so very happy they were able to get us in with our early flight - very quick with communication online) We weren’t able to control the temperature in the room but we were lucky with good weather so we could leave the window open for a breeze and it was fine!

Charming old style hotel. Very friendly and nice staff. Clean room and very good beds. Good room size. Quiet area all though close to Main Street . Central and also very near Hyde Park. a litle old fashion bath room, but clean.

Loved the location. I liked the vibe! It’s old but lovely! The term Shabby Chic is good - but I felt like it was better than that. Staff was very nice - buffet bfast very good. No AC - but they provided a fan that was sufficient. We visited when it wasn’t hot (65 degrees)

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and always willing to help. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city and reach all the main attractions. Everything was clean, tidy, and very well maintained. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and had just the right variety of options. We are very satisfied with our experience and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! We have no complaints. Everything met our expectations and we were very satisfied with our stay.

Great location to explore central London. Perfect for Hyde park. Second time staying…good clean rooms. This time it was a heatwave 30c ….air con is really needed to make this hotel perfect!

Hotel location is absolutely fantastic, staff are great. The hotel needs a major upgrade and refurbishment in all respects. Breakfast was not worth the price paid.
