I think this is a marvelous location for a hotel, right off the circle line. I didn't even realize how close it was, and it made going to Covent Garden very convenient! I also liked how it was tucked away in a neighborhood so traffic noises were next to none. I got a twin bed room, and one of the beds was really flat in the center. I would recommend changing out that mattress.

Really friendly staff,. The room was a decent size and the location was good. I thought the hotel looked clean and tidy. Noise was an issue, corridors were noisy and guests very loud during the stay.

Very clean, lovely staff and great location. Bathroom missing a shelf and more annoying you get the smallest bottle of shower gel going. Not enough if you want to shower after a long day out then another shower in the morning.

The over all hotel experience was excellent in every way. The location is excellent, the staff is friendly, pleasant and helpful, the studio apartment exceeded our expectations in terms of facilities. We were also satisfied in terms of cleanliness. The hotel responded to the personal request that I included in the reservation and I appreciate it very much. A small comment for improvement: I would have liked the bed to be more comfortable, both in terms of the mattress - it is too hard, and in terms of the bedding - they are not soft enough. The noise from the air con/vent units outside is very loud and it goes on during the whole night, so I barely slept. My room was on the ground floor and these were just outside, but the noise was so loud I would imagine the rooms overlooking the courtyard would have the same issue. More noise insulation is required. Cleaners heard outside the room hoovering from very early in the morning. Would not stay here again because of the noise issue and lack of sleep, which is a shame as the hotel itself is great.

Excellent hotel, great staff. Fabulous location. Very clean and comfortable. Even though we had a basement room it had a floor to ceiling window and loads of light. Coffee/Tea biscuits and even milk ( not a sachet of powder ) - much appreciated. I would have given 10/10 bar comment below. We pre-paid for a Full English Breakfast but it turned out to be turkey bacon and chicken sausages. These were actually very tasty but my friend was annoyed. Why is it that a hotel in the UK deems it acceptable to serve up Halal / Kosher food for a meal boldly described as “FEB”? It’s the kind of nannyism that even my Muslim friends would find odd. I have lived and worked all over the world and have never seen this disgrace before in the UK. I guess most will be too polite or too PC to comment thus but a lot will think it. Neither I nor my friend will be going back to this hotel.

Clean, comfortable accommodation in quiet street right across the road from Hyde Park. It’s a little further to walk from Paddington Station but well worth it. The insulation could be better - no street noise but some from the other rooms. They don’t provide a glass to drink water from, which is a bit odd. Also, no shelf in the bathroom to put a wash bag on.
