Location is great, close to Hyde park and Paddington station. Shops, restaurants and coffee shops newrby. Staff was great, friendly and informative. We got extra towels and even plasters after walking all day. Blood stains on bedsheets, hair in the shower, dust everywhere, dirty walls. No kettle or hair dryer. I booked 2 rooms and my friend and her son had to use our bathroom because theirs was clearly not cleaned. Staff was hesitant to change the stained sheets. The hotel is in the perfect location but it's very dated and needs a good clean.

Dirty, dingy rooms with squat toilets, the stench of rodent and insect (bed Bugs) control and complete lack of e Sense of safety... Disgusting... It’s beyond belief that Booking.com sells these rooms.

Friendly staff at reception and dealt with my issues when I raised them. Really noisy neighbours where you can hear everything they are doing at early hours of the morning (talking very loudly on the phone and other inappropriate things you don’t want to hear).

Filthy room broken window ,broken shower no proper ventilation Room was dirty, old mattress, broken widow, dirty walls, broken shower, no ventilation, no fan, no shampoo etc

Nothing exists to like Extremely disappointing stay. The room was very dirty and unhygienic, and the shower drain was completely blocked, so the water wouldn’t drain and just stayed on the floor. The worst part was the lack of security — someone knocked on our door twice in the middle of the night and disturbed us. Would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Nothing This is the worst place I've ever stayed. Dirty, run-down, the photos don't match reality, I felt ripped off, and the receptionist laughed at me when I asked to change rooms. The most disappointing thing is that no matter how much I searched, I couldn't find any customer service help on Booking.com because the app washes its hands of the matter and always redirected me to the hotel , the one that made fun of me. The pictures show what I'm talking about. I had to stay because I arrived late and was too tired to look for another place, but I left there in the morning horrified.

The location is A1. Handy for Paddington and Lancaster Gate - a plethora of tube lines, bus routes and the new(ish) Elizabeth Line. Very close to Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens. Great value for central London. It's OK if you don't expect too much. Think hostel accommodation standards, but you get your own room and bathroom. Some of the bathrooms are small and need some deft manoeuvring.

The staff were friendly and the location was exceptional. The shower flooded and the bed had dirty sheets on it. The staff seemed to be under the pump and expected to do too much. The key stopped working multiple times.

Very dirty, mold in the room and bathroom . Shower was a joke, water in the shower would not drain. Walls were dirty, tv was broken, no coffee maker as stated they had. Elevator was broken. Pictures on the web site look nothing like the rooms.
