Staff helped to make it tolerable Lumpy beds, no mattress protector, no bath mat, no kettle, no cups, dirty under the bed, fridge didn't work, TV didn't work.

Good price and location. The toilet in room 205 had no water. The hot water was extremely slow. When moved to another room, the basin tap was broken and the drain from the shower was blocked. These are totally unacceptable.

Location, premium. I rarely would take my time to reviewscores in public, however I really had to say this: worst place I have ever been to. The place was soooo dirty, I couldnt actually believe it. Like I was laughing to myself of how incredibly dirty it was hahaha. Why dont they just clean it..? I mean, there were dust on dust (like I was thinking: this deep level of dust, must have taken like … 3 months to pile up?)

It was warm and not wet, that's literally the best I can do, I was off the street. The sheets were clean...I hope. There was black mould in the bathroom, no toilet paper, we found a half drank can of beer on the bedside table, there was green mould growing out of the bed side table, a mysterious stain on the floor, the wall outlets produced a spark when I plugged things in, or they just didn't work, the smoke detector was literally just dangling there.

I like the location The room was a health hazard, moldy bathroom. Dirty toilet, smelly flee ridden carpet. The tv didn't work reported it on my first night was told it would be fixed the next day.. 3 days later and still no tv. You were not supplied any bathroom soaps. And only one towel. The bathroom was only small and the toilet and basin got soaked. Floor was very slippery. Bed was really uncomfortable and pillows about an inch thick and smelly and old. I had things bitting me all night I'm sure it was flees or bedbugs. If you want to stay save your money and spend a bit extra on a clean place. Don't be like me and not read the reviews until you book in...
