The hotel has an excellent location, right next to Hyde Park. Two Underground lines and several bus stops are within a short walking distance, making it easy to get around. There are also plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The desk was not very practical as there was no mirror in front of it, and it was too small to provide enough space for personal belongings. The same adapters we had used without any problems at our previous hotel did not fit securely here. In the bathroom, there was no suitable place to dry towels, which sometimes led to dampness and odors. When we requested daily towel replacement for this reason, we felt unfairly judged as being unconcerned about water conservation and the environment, which we did not appreciate.

Great value for money. Good to find a purpose built hotel with decent sized rooms and decent sound insulation. Better than most hotels in this area of London, (which are creaky converted townhouses). Really welcoming and helpful staff. Seemed to have been recently redecorated too.

Convenient to Hyde Park and Oxford Street and the underground. Clean room and helpful friendly staff. Close to a laundromat which was handy.

Location Room a little small

Location was excellent and close to two subway stations including Paddington station. Many food options nearby including convenience stores. Bed was very comfortable and appreciated having two pillows being provided per person. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Perhaps an update is in order as the furniture and fittings are dated. Please provide a dead bolt at the door which most hotels provide.

Good location and good value The shower over the bath wasn't great but it did the job - a separate shower cubicle would be preferable. Blackout curtains would also be a welcome addition.

Room was clean but that’s about it Beds uncomfortable, pillows rock hard, could only get bbc1 bbc2 on the Tv. Bar was closed by 9.30pm. Towels was so small better to take your own. Older man on the front desk at 10pm was so rude to us when we asked why the bar closed so early, asked if I could have any ice for a can I brought from reception and he virtually shouted at us, the younger staff, mainly males and 1 female was pleasant. £165 for 1 night for a twin room. Very very overpriced. Their idea of a city view was facing a primary school. Don’t waste your money or time

Good location, friendly staff. Decent breakfast if you don’t want to leave the hotel. 24 hour concierge. Gives off old school hospitality vibe compared to modern hotels. Small room. Double faucets in the bathroom without a mixer. Heat of water in the bathroom is not reliable. No mini fridge.

Location Although clean and comfortable, It has seen better days. Expensive - but that’s London.

The hotel’s location was very convenient. It was only about a 6–7 minute walk to Paddington Station and Hyde Park, which made our trip much easier. The hotel and our room were very clean. The air conditioning worked well, although it turned off from time to time. The street where the hotel is located was generally quiet and nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a little small. Since we had four suitcases in total, it was difficult to open them and find enough space for our belongings. The bed was a bit small for two adults, but it was comfortable. It was also a little difficult to adjust the water temperature in the bathroom, but we managed to figure it out.

Great location, staff was very accommodating. Breakfast had limited options, only some rooms had air conditioning
