Friendly, easy to reach Only 1 night = was okay. But for more nights the room was rather very small for 4 people.(adults)

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. This was my first time experiencing a buffet breakfast abroad. I accidentally burned the ham slices when I tried to toast them in the oven. The staff member didn't blame me at all. Instead, after understanding what I needed, they helped me heat them up in the microwave, allowing me to enjoy a warm sandwich. I was deeply touched. Nothing.

Very clean and accessible facilities. Great AC and also I had a great view from my room. The receptionists were all very helpful and cordial especially Jerry and Riad.

Staff were very helpful and always greeted you.I was upgraded to a double room,air conditioning worked well.I slept well in a comfortable bed,the room was well cleaned.The location is excellent and safe with plenty amenities in the area and Paddington station is a short walk away. There is no lift at the property and there was a little noise from the street.

Great location, short walk to tube station and Hyde Park. Lots of restaurants on the door step. Clean, modern room perfect for our short stay. We were able to leave our bags after check out and collect later in the day. Nothing.
