The lobby was modern and airy although the reception was a small desk. The main front door wasn’t working and wouldn’t lock so that’s a security risk. Both of the lifts were out of order so carrying heavy luggage up stairs wasn’t ideal. Our bathroom was okay but one light wasn’t working and had a crack on it. Our shower door wouldn’t close fully and room service was just remaking our bed with the sheets we already had on it prior and our air con wasn’t working

Good location, easy to find, straight forward check in, room was large with good facilities such as complimentary water and hot drink supplies. Comfortable bed. Clean white and fresh linen. Free WiFi included. Breakfast was over a good time frame - good provision. Check out was straightforward. N/A

We booked a family room and it was really good size. I think some of the double rooms were much smaller. Our family room was separate from many of the other rooms so it was very quiet. We did have an issue where our entire room lost power - lights/AC wasn't working. They addressed it even though it was evening and the maintenance came in and resolved the issue, but it was our first night from our trans-atlantic flight and we were all exhausted
