I stayed at a 6-bed female room and it was good and clean. I liked the fact that there were curtains in the beds to give a bit more privacy. The location is great.

my experience at this place was very disappointing. The service was poor from the moment I arrived, especially at reception. The staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, making customers feel unwelcome rather than valued. If the management truly wants to improve the quality of this place, they should start by improving the attitude and professionalism of the reception staff. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to others and I would not choose to visit again

It was just what we needed. Room and bathroom clean. Staff were lovely. In an ideal spot for what we needed. Beds were comfortable. Had a place to keep hold of bags after we checked out. It was noisy a night time, yes it’s a hostel which is fine but some people don’t like it. They have ear plugs in reception but I had my own. People were jumping off the bunk beds above and shouting in the room next door.

Clean and modern The windows didn’t have curtains so I was awake in the early hours of the morning. I was also charged to store my bags two hours after check out.

Brilliant location. Clean, tidy and quiet.

Gorgeous Kitchen, oven, fridge, stove. They got everything necessary for comfortable stay. Very helpful staff, big dining area.

Central location. Walking distance from Paddington station. Beds were alright, and the shower seemed recently renovated in a womens dorm. The kitchen and dining area weren't that comfortable or practical for self catering. Enough to boil some water etc.

The location, good access to public transport. It’s a hostel so you know it’s not going to be premium however there were issues with the plumbing, things were broken like the shower head and the toilet wasn’t always fully operational. The lift was also out so on the top floor it was a lot to carry luggage up stairs.

The location was excellent and good value for money. The laundry was broken for my entire stay (4 nights). The beds were very short and my feet were hitting the end-board.
