My room had a mini fridge, which was great Bed very comfortable..On a bus route to central London. Easy walk to shops and restaurants Facing Hyde Park. Excellent Location Wonderful helpful Staff. Excellent Breakfast Nothing

location and spacious rooms travel cot had no mattress or bedding arrived at 2.30am with a baby to find travel cot was not what we expected

Welcoming & informative team at reception. Great room, and a stunning park view from our room. (8th floor). We had an evening meal and the buffet breakfast at the hotel and both meals were very good. We found the location great for us. Close to Paddington station, right beside the park for walking and easy to pop to Kensington High Street The shower over the bath is a bit dangerous these days, and the tiny shower screen means you will get a lot of water on the floor!

Excellent location, spotless rooms, wonderful showers and exceptionally friendly staff. Minor point was the TV not having a signal, was reported but nothing done about it.

The hotel is lovely, in a perfect area near the train, near a street of restaurants and cafes. But what really gets praise here is the amazing hotel staff. The service is excellent!! We loved it!!
