Affordable, comfortable, and clean accommodation in central London, good for a night before we headed off to the airport. Staff were very nice and hotel was in a quiet area Very very small room - no cot present despite us confirming this would be available with the hotel, and we didn’t follow up and ask for this because it would absolutely not have fit in the room we were given and have us still be able to enter and exit. Breakfast choices were limited and a bit uninspired.

I didn't have any issues that needed resolving so interaction with staff was minimal, but they all seemed very friendly & approachable. I booked a double room & this exceeded expectations - really spacious. A few minor signs of wear & tear but generally room was much nicer than I might have expected it to be. Bed was comfortable. And there was a bath! Great location next to Hyde Park & close to the tube. Breakfast was very basic but was fine. Didn't have any issues with noise - was quite peaceful. I have stayed in far, far worse in London. Nothing. Enjoyed staying there.

Quiet and comfortable room in a pleasant part of London, one block to Kensington Gardens This is a vintage hotel with vintage rooms, comfortable for me, but the shower stall might be a challenge for someone taller or very large in girth

Amazing location and so convenient for everything. The room was lovely with lots of storage and surfaces, on a quiet road. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Loved everything!
