Close to tube so easy to get into central London within a few mins, lots of restaurants and shops very close by Was a mix up on arrival they had checked in somebody else under my name which is a security and data protection issue but was resolved within a few minutes after confirming my ID

Fantastic location, very clean, staff were very friendly Bedroom was very small but was ok

Bed comfort, toilet was small but nice. Not having a small fridge and enough room to put the clothes and bags.

The location was ideal being close to Underground station. Not having a small table to put a small suitcase on . Had to leave it on the floor and keep bending over - not so good when you are 80 years old!

Very clean and staff lovely. Great location. Modern bathroom and good AC in room. Room was quite basic and small for the price, although facilities and location were good. Breakfast was very basic and there was not a lot of space, leaving it quite cramped with guests.

Clean room ...lovely shower....nice breakfast. Lovely polite staff. In our double room the bed was only 4ft wide!! Dining room was very small only room for 16 covers.

The staff was very polite and helpful every time I interacted with them. Our toothbrushes experienced an unfortunate accident, and the lovely lady at the front desk gave us new ones. Check in was very smooth and quick. The location is also very good, close to the subway, the park, and a good amount of shops and restaurants. The bathroom in our room smelled terrible. It was as though when other rooms did their business, the smell wafted in to us. There was also a weird garlic smell? The room was also very noisy. As we tried to sleep, it sounded like a generator was roaring away outside our window. The breakfast was below expectations as well. We had breakfast at the hotel the first morning, then made other arrangements the remaining days even though we had booked breakfast to be included.
