Just the proximity to paddington station and Hyde park The hotel is dirty. Water for shower is either too cold or too hot. Tub very slippery, huge fall risk. No basic toiletries. The worst hotel

Had a wonderful stay — the hotel was nice and clean with excellent service. The location is perfect, just a few steps from Hyde Park. Special thanks to Adel for being so helpful and welcoming!

Nothing. The room was dark. Dirty, bad water flow, no light. Nothing like the pictures Anything looks like the picture. Even service. There is no telephone in the rooms nor a way to communicate or ask. There was no soap in our room. It smelled like cloak. Disappointed

It was a dump All the photos online are not real

Not like the pictures. Checking in and out was confusing.
-
The room was a little rundown but that can be expected for the price you pay.

The ONLY good thing about this property is the location. We were moved from Hyde park OYO without our permission due to ‘maintenance’, we weren’t allowed an early check in which ruined our plans. We had seen the bad reviews and thought how bad can it be let’s just try it and we wish we had taken everyone else’s advice. Miserable staff that are unhelpful and the room was awful. The shower plinth hanging off at both ends meaning the room was flooded, we walked into a soaking wet carpet and a puddle on the bathroom floor. The entire room was full of marks and scruffs, the windows were filthy etc etc. The cleaner had even left bags and bags of laundry all over the landing meaning we had to struggle with our luggage into our room. We also left our bags on the first day when they denied us an early check in and the staff wouldn’t even let us use a toilet

Basic comfort, stayed for 4 nights only cleaned one, no soap but it was given after asking three times. Complicated key door using. No water kettle. First time and wont be back or recommend it for anyone!
-
Bad amenities. No tv remote control, no chair or table, no kettle and cups. Barely seen staff on the front desk.

Disappointing

Very cheap for the area, staff were very friendly and welcoming! I was very skeptical because of the reviews I thought I’d made a mistake but was very surprised. I mean it wasn’t luxury but it was very good for a basic hotel. Room was huge, bed was comfy and clean. Would return. Shower was flimsy but did the job. No remote for tv

Hotel very clean and in a good location Staff helpful The room was quite small but it was comfortable and clean They didn’t provide breakfast as advertised on booking. Com which was very inconvenient and disappointing . Also there are no coffee tea making facilities in the room . , which maybe should be available as breakfast is Not provided .

Location. Cute little room and bed was comfy. Bathroom was gorgeous We didn’t get fresh towels or toilet roll on our second day. Room was not cleaned

The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The location, close to Queensway tube station, was handy. The free WiFi was efficient and the bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water. I had a single room on the 5th floor. The size and the simplicity didn’t bother me but the furniture was in poor condition, the lighting very harsh and the carpet stained. But worst of all, the mattress sagged and I could feel every spring, resulting in a very poor night’s sleep. At over £100 for the night, it was disappointing.

We liked the location and young men at reception was nice. It wasn’t like the pictures, walls were dirty and it didn’t smell well. Beds weren’t comfy and we found few hairs when we arrived.

Despite the reviews it was fine, staff were really friendly room was clean and like the photos, for the price and the location it’s perfect! Paying £15 to keep our luggage in a room was abit much £5 would have been more reasonable but I get it.

It was central to Hyde park The room was extremely dirty! There was coffee cups and lollipops lying on the floor which I have pictures of. The walls had dirty black marks on them which again I have po tire of. There was a disgusting smell in our room, which can’t even be described, every time we ran the bathroom tap sink it got worse and that was also blocked.
