Location was excellent. The hotel is currently undergoing maintenance, and having just one lift serving seven floors is very inconvenient. It only accommodates around six people at a time, and considerably fewer with luggage, resulting in long waits and making getting to and from the room unnecessarily frustrating.

Thete is ongoing refurbishment in the hotel with an unbearable noise inside the room, eventhough the room ftom 6th floor (worst noise) changed to rhe first floor but still the noise was so loud, drilling noise all over every whete from 8 am to 6 pm non stop. In addition the given room had a sewer system connetion point with a door just next to the bed which at mid night again the waterfowl noise didn't let us to have rest, that's not what you expect from a hotel. In addition one of the hotel receptionist was so rude and offensive and when we asked to talk to hotel mamager, he claimed that he is the hotel mamager in order to cover the problems. It was very terrible experience ever we had as staying in a hotel.

Good location. Construction outside my window and in the hall, where i had to go trough to get to my room. Staff didnt care and where rude. A lot of thing where broken for example shower, toilet didnt flush.

The staff were responsive when we asked to switch rooms, and they handled our request quickly. I wasn’t aware bassement rooms were a thing. The basement rooms have no windows and unbearable heat with broken AC (two levels down). The replacement mezzanine room faced scaffolding, smelled damp, and the AC still couldn't make it comfortable. The building felt neglected and poorly maintained.

Nothing The first room we were given had no air conditioning, we had to ask to be moved to a different room. The second room was located in an area where there is active remodeling going on, the bathroom floor tiles were completely loose with broken grout in between, had no working TV. The air conditioning unit made a horrible vibrating noise throughout the night. When I went to ask the staff for help or for a partial refund they said there was nothing they could do because there was no manager on site at the time.

Great position for our needs. Lovely comfortable and clean room. Excellent power show all staff friendly and helpful. Only criticism would be more teabags and milk in room.
