The location is great, close to two different tube lines. I selected the room without windows because it was larger than the one with a window, and the pictures showed a large wall light that created the illusion of natural light. On the day of my arrival, when I entered the room, that light was off. I tried to turn it on, but it didn't work. I promptly went to the reception desk to ask for assistance. However, every day they kept saying that someone was going to fix it for me, but nobody ever came. It was only on my last day that they offered to change my room. I felt completely neglected, and it seemed like nobody wanted to fix the problem. If they had offered me a room change on the first day, I would have been happy and wouldn't be here leaving a complaint. I didn't have breakfast because £16 sounded a bit overpriced for a hotel breakfast.

Everything. This hotel has been our families go to for over 10 years and we will continue to stay whenever we visit London. The staff always do their best to make every guests stay as comfortable as possible. I witnessed on 2 occasions customers being extremely rude to reception staff when all they were doing was trying to explain the hotels booking process. I praise hospitality staff as they work incredibly hard to keep standards high but yet some people think it is their right to address others in such a derogatory and unacceptable way. Well done to all the staff, we are eternally grateful for everything you do and we look forward to coming back later this year. All good

There was a very kind Moroccan staff member who helped us a lot. He was friendly, professional, and very quick with all the procedures. His excellent service made our stay much more enjoyable.

I liked the proximity of the hotel to the train stations and some tourist activities! The rooms are quite smaller than anticipated.
