Loved our stay at the Porchester. Good room, comfortable bed, great staff, and excellent location. 2min walk into Kensington Gardens, 2 tube stations nearby (Queensway and Bayswater), plenty of food and entertainment nearby.

We would like to express how much we enjoyed our stay at the Porchester Hotel, in March. The hotel was excellent, and we were very impressed by the professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness of all the staff members. We would especially like to mention the receptionist, Senha (we believe this is her name), who was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, helpful, and communicative throughout our stay. Her positive attitude and outstanding customer service made us feel truly valued and contributed greatly to our wonderful experience. Please pass on our sincere thanks and appreciation to her and to the entire team. We look forward to staying at the Porchester Hotel again in the future

I liked how it looked and the position in London. Had all the needed facilities in the room and we were able to keep our luggages in the storage room until the check in time. Had bus stops and metro stations really close to us. Very nice staff. I recommend staying at this hotel. 1. The window looked like it was closed but we could hear literally sounds from outside like it was wide open, we couldnt figure why 2. Thin walls and because of that we heard everything the people in the rooms next to us were talking

The hotel is in a great location. The breakfast is quite basic, but it has everything you need. The staff were brilliant and provided excellent service. Also, the shower was great. We were put in a basement room on level -1. The room didn’t have a window, so there was no fresh air circulating, and there was a musty smell that put a bit of a dampener on our experience. The bed wasn't great either—the springs were quite noisy and felt loose. These are small details, but I think there is definitely room for improvement on the points mentioned.
