Customer service was above and beyond great. We had a small issue in our room and the manager did all he could to amend the problem. Very impressed with the staff. Room could have done with a really good vacuum. Was only given one teabag and one milk per room.

The beds were comfortable. The staff went out of their way to reset the TV. Sadly the shower was small. Not sure if you cater for people with disabilities. The toilet is too low for the disabled. The hotel needs to provide the special toilet seat that fits over the toilet. Also a suggestion, the hotel needs 2/3 rooms to have a wet room ( flat floor with a shower curtain and a chair for the shower )

Locality. Easy to get to locations, also eaterys not far away. Windows are not very soundproof but mostly quiet outside until work shift time.

Excellent breakfast: the scrambled eggs are always a good litmus test, and the ones here were excellent. The staff: all of the staff were very polite and extremely helpful, resourceful at solving any issues. The location: close to transport links and across the oark from the Kensington museums. Cleanliness: the 3 rooms we used were all very clean. Room size: a little on the small side, but, for this price, I'm not complaining. We were initially given a triple room in the basement with a window, but outside this weee air-conditioning units that were noisy so we could not open the window. However, we asked at reception and were given two rooms on upper floors instead and then swapped to a really nice triple room for our second night. Additionally, and without requesting it, we were refunded 10% for the inconvenience. I would definitely return here.
