Best hotel in town! Very nice and cozy rooms, clean. Close to park, subway, bus stops, restaurants and pubs. Everything was perfect as always!

Very close to Queensway Station - this property is a comfortable room at a good price It does not have any facilities to enhance your stay - but for cerntral London it was a good deal The rooms are dated but comfortable - same with bathroom No facilities to enhance your stay but cpmfortable room The stairs are quiet a lot if you are older or have luggage

A hotel for £100 per night, 2 minute walk to 2 railway stations / 3 lines, 2 minutes from a variety of small takeaways and restaurants, 2 minutes from 2 small supermarkets. With microwave, hobbs crockery and cutlery- all in the middle of London - easy travelling everywhere. We checked in during 35 degree days. Older building with many nooks and cranies. Lift goes to floor 4 - we were on floor 5. Air conditioning didn't work but hotel supplied a fan and the large window was open all nite. A good warm to hot shower but barely any cool to cold water for the hot weather. Fridge worked but struggled after a couple of days keeping fruit and dairy fresh. Some tiles were cracked in the bath and kitchen. Oh yeah forgot the TV - little electronic antenna kept losing signal so we only got 20 seconds of tv before having to reset - thank goodness for WiFi

Great location. Very close to shops, bars and tube. Upgraded for free to a larger room. Very clean and comfortable. Front door banged shut every time someone came in. But they could have just closed it quietly rather than let it slam. Guests not very considerate with noise late at night. Very hot room. They had air con but it didn't work. Offered us 2 fans.

Good location. Comfortable beds. Good strong shower plenty of hot water Could see water stains etc on divan bed base, bit off putting. Air conditioner didn't work. Steps to mezzanine level for other beds very steep with narrow tread- quite dangerous. French door didn't lock properly so basically had to chance it when leaving all our stuff in when out for the day. Not secure. Radiator in bathroom piping hot so felt like a very hot sauna when using bathroom, couldn't turn down.
