Very central location close to Bayswater tube and quite close to Paddington mainline station, also the area was quite quiet and there were shops and restaurants nearby. Although we didn't use the kitchenette the fridge was very useful considering the heat. The hot water and shower pressure was very good. The size of the room and bathroom was generous. There was a working elevator in the building we stayed in, which was a great help with luggage. The air conditioning it was old and was not working at all. There was 2 small fans next to the bed but they couldn't handle the heat of july. Although the description said there was a washing machine next to the kitchenette, there wasn't one. The cleanliness left something to be desired, it wasn't very well done everywhere, there was dust in many places.

broken and small fans during a heatwave was frustrating and very rude staff (never experienced such rude staff), room was a sauna the whole time (colder outside despite it being 35°) especially since it’s a pretty expensive hotel was hoping for a better experience, next time in London wouldn’t come back :/

The location The entire experience was awful from start to finish. Upon arrival I was given a key to a basement room - despite booking a balcony family room. As I went back to reception to query this I was told that seems like a mistake was made but they don’t have any other rooms available so we’re stuck underground right next to the laundry room. The door lock system seems to be malfunctioning as on multiple occasions when entering the room the alarm would set off (for no apparent reason) 5 seconds after the door was closed. This happened not only to us but the people staying near us as we heard the alarm go off various times. In the morning the cleaning crew was essentially right outside our room which made us all feel very uncomfortable. The laundry room door opened right to ours and blocked half the entrance which didn’t seem to bother the person who stood in the door, again, not a great experience having to squeeze in right past somebody.

Location was great When we arrived we noticed one of the windows didn't have a lock on it. Had to ask for it to be replaced and they did it the following day. Our room was on the ground floor so could hear everyone coming and going. The place is not one bit sound proof. Wanted them to store our bag and it was going to be £15 for 3 hours.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. WARNING!! The worst hotel experience I have ever had. DON't expect to get any sleep in this hotel. The soundproofing in the room was non-existent - for a good part of the night (11pm-3am) there were extremely loud noises coming from the room above—heavy walking, dragging and dropping suitcases, banging, and other disturbing sounds. It felt like the ceiling might collapse. ; I could hear everything clearly, including conversations from the guests upstairs. I am almost certain this does not meet the basic standards for sound insulation in hotel accommodations. Other issues with the room: (1) Severely rusted towel warmer rack in the bathroom (2) Severely rusted water tap in the bathroom sink (3) Mold growing on the shower wall (4) Dirty toilet bowl /SEAT (5) Moldy and unclean window. Don't get tempted by the less expensive rate of this hotel, you will surely regret it if you stay there!

Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood right next to an entrance to Hyde park. Friendly and available staff. No complaints, perfect for a short stay.

The location is good Not as advertised this is basically a very small bed sit some of the photographs online show a suite not the room you are booking. Tried to complain but received no reply.

It would be helpful if they provided masks for guests instead of asking us to purchase them from outside shops. On a positive note, utensils were provided, making it convenient for us to cook our meals and take them on our trips. The train station is just a 2-minute walk from the room, and shopping is only 3 minutes away. Overall, my experience was positive. Do not think anything is seriously missing or negative.

The balconies, very cozy. Great view up and down the beautiful street. Easy to watch passersby while sipping a coffee. Ours was a nicely outfitted kitchen for four. Cooking, eating, utensils, toaster, kettle, micro, and a refer for cold brewskis, everything we needed to stay comphy! I mentioned to front desk the slider glass door on shower was a bit wonky. Nice updated bathroom.

We had a room for a family of 5. The room was located in the basement with a very strong basement odor (humidity) and some clear signs of mold. The room had no isolation whatsoever l, we hard very loud stepping noises from the people on the floor above.

Location. They gave an extra hour late checkout for no cost. They had 2 fans in the room. No tea and coffe in the room.

The location is good the employees was so helpful and easy to talk to my flat was in the bedroom and there is no windows There is no air conditioner the flat was not clean

The area is nice, walkable to National history museum, The science museum and others. Hyde park is very near. Comfortable beds. It could be very warm, especially in the second floor. Our apartment was at ground floor, so we heard the noise from the street.
