The location of the hotel is very good with tube stations (Bayswater and Queensway), departmental stores (Saintsbury and Tesco), Foreign exchange and many eating places (Indian, Chinese, Italian, English breakfast and ice cream parlour) near by Toilet too small Creaking sound while walking in the room

The staff was very nice. The room and facilities were old. I stayed at a room in the basement and it wasn’t good.

The room was decent for the money It was said we would have a view but we our room was at the basement and we could only see outside everything from underneath. The bath could be cleaner.

There are many things that I liked about Berjaya Eden Park London Hotel. The hotel was close to both Sainsbury and Tesco which meant that buying essentials was essentially a piece of cake. Two tube stations were located within walking distance, and they were Queensway and Bayswater. This meant that we had easy access to 3 lines - Central, District and Circle. Mr Nuwan who works in the night shift was exceptionally helpful in calling a taxi for us at 5 am when Uber wasn't responding. I am glad he stepped in cause my ticked was non-refundable and I was traveling back to Asia Carrying the luggages up to the room was a bit challenging. Wish my wife didn't take so many suitcases haha.

Room, location All ok no complain

Well located that's the only positive side of the hotel. For the rest avoid this sub-standard hotel The so-called "buffet-Breakfast" is really low quality with hardly any choice. To be avoided. The so-called croissants and chocolate breads are reheated ones you can buy in Aldi 8 in plastic bag for 1pound or so... same for the boiles eggs reheated from the day before probably. We spend 5nights there and went twice which was already too much. There are several nice café's and bakery nearby where you can get a good & fresh breakfast. Starts only at 7.30am too. The room (a bit smal but still OK) was a sauna when we arrived because the bathroom heating was full blast. Even after turning it off it stayed very warm in the room because of some pipes under the floor. No airco either. With over 30 degrees outside it was no pleasure Also no insulation at all between the rooms. We could hear the neighbor's talk, sneeze and snore. Every step they take in there room you can hear.... The beds make a loud squeaking noise when you sit or turn around on the bed... Bed was also very narrow 1m40 en short. If you are over 1m80 your feet will stick out... We weren't the only ones complaining. When we arrived there was a couple (been there already several days) in front of us complaining... Our view from the room was a brick wall about 1m in front of the window...

Excellent location The water pressure in the shower was very weak and no solution was made due to the need of major maintenance to the whole floor rooms, however the staff shifted our room to solve that problem thanks to their efforts off course. Other problem we faced that the curtains of the rooms are not isolating the sun light from getting in the room and it made our stay not comfortable.

Convenient location. There are so much restaurants and grocery shops at the back street. Rooms are too small and facilities are too old.

The location was very good, the room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom looked newly renovated. The staff were friendly The room was not exactly like the photos shown when booking and it felt quite small (that seems normal in London). I didn’t need air conditioning, but the listing said the room had it, which was not true.

The location is great with many shops in the vicinity. The Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Our room was connected through a door to another room where the guests were extremely noisy, making noise until late in the night like 1am and early morning up to 4am. We just felt we were sharing the same room. Connected rooms should be given only to people who made that request, if not, clients should at least be asked if the agree with that option. As for the breakfast is far too basic, the Mee Hun was so poorly prepared, any Malaysian will agree with that.

Nothing honestly The smell was horrible, so old, not worth the money. It stinks badly and the employees are slow and not friendly
