Very nice staff and the hotel itself is situated in a perfect place for a few days long sightseeing.

Helpful, courteous staff, great location and comfortable rooms. Room space , rooms are a bit cramped but manageable. This is an old house refurbished as hotel.

Clean, comfy and super air conditioning! Staff were friendly, helpful, considerate on arrival so made us feel safe and welcome. Great location, easy access to Kensington Garden and walkable into main oxford street shopping. I cant say there was anything i didnt like. The deluxe triple was perfect for our short 1 night break for me and my 2 teenage daughters.

Such a cute hotel, tucked away on a beautiful street in a great location so close to Kensington Gardens and plenty of lovely restaurants on the next street, but so quiet at night, we live in the rural countryside so often staying in a city completely disturbs our sleep but it couldn’t have been any quieter for us. Staff were so helpful and welcoming. Nothing!
