Good location outside of the busy center, quiet road, several public transport links to get to different parts of the city. Has air conditioning! Tiny room, tiny sink, nowhere to place your clothes and items properly

The location and friendly staff. The balcony was lovely (tiny but lovely) it was so nice to be able to sit outside in London. Cheap toilet rolls and cheap coffee.

The location was very good. The room was on the ground floor right next to the elevator, stairs and reception, making it extremely noisy all day long, along with noise coming from the other rooms. We only had one towel per person in the room, with no hand towels provided. Finally, there was a complete lack of hospitality from the staff.

Lovely clean good size room. If you are provided tea and coffee you also need to provide milk. Surely thise little individual milk capsules are not that expensive.

The room was spacious by the standard of London hotel rooms for this price. The room itself was downstairs and very quiet but I might have been lucky with that, judging by some other comments.
