Very good

The hotel is perfectly fine. Please be extremely careful when booking this hotel. Even if you have stayed with them before they show you absolutely no flexibility at all to change your dates if you are unable to stay for legitimate reasons. Poor customer service.

Very clean Location

Clean, modern, comfortable, close to tube station, nice decoration, lift, good water pressure and temperature, air conditioning, manned front desk, balcony, coffee in room, toiletries. Tiny bathroom, small bed, outside noise, the room is not dark after lights out. You need earplugs and an eye-mask to sleep. Phishing emails received in the run-up to the stay - not sure if they've been hacked.

Good location, nice kitchenette, air conditioning Noise from other room whole night during one night. Someone played music loud which no doubt neighbors also in nearby houses heard too. Surprised no one from staff heard and told to quiet it down. Luckily only one night. In bathroom cold gives hot water and hot gives cold water.

The property was very modern, clean and area was in an excellent location. We will definitely be back to stay, we’ve wanted a hotel we can return to time and time again and I think we may have found it. A upgrade on the mattresses wouldn’t go a miss, a little more care to detail in the luggage room. Anyone can go in and take anything. Possibly a number system in place.

Very good

Great location, plenty of restaurants and underground stations close by. Small kitchenette was helpful for self catering breakfast. Tiny shower which was usable but not an easy activity,

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Location was great, so close to everything and the nearest tube station was only a 2 minute walk! Room was a little small so we struggled to store our suitcases.

Location Our room significantly flooded from the pipes in the wall and zero compensation or change of room was offered. They only gave us extra towels! Totally unacceptable

Good location, close to rail connections, shops nearby, Kensington Gardens close, nice balcony and facilities were pretty much everything needed Rubbish was left in the hallway for over 24 hrs on our floor, smelt bad, had to request to reception that it be moved. Our stay was 8 days, got a little tedious having to ask for toilet paper and towels every 2nd day. Got a little stuffy in our room, only ventilation was opening the shared balcony door. A good place to stay however, can recommend.

Pleasant

Very nice location, clean, small but everything you need for a short trip. In our room there was a small green light on the ceiling that did not turn off and it was quite hard to fall a sleep.

Superb

Perfect location and super friendly staff. Even if rooms are small, they have everything you need for your London stay. Fridge, induction hob, toster, kettle, iron and hairdryer are all perfectly functional and allows cooking neals and saving pounds on your daily eat-out Room/bathroom cleaning ould be improved. Towels and sheets were all changed and clean, but room itself showed signs it wasn't cleaned properly.
