The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was excellent . We saw everything we wanted to see as a family over the weekend and just a stones throw away from Kensington gardens and Hyde park . If I was being very picky about the hotel I would say the breakfast wasn’t great and also a lift was out of order but other than that a great stay .

We travelled for my little sisters first concert and they left her a note, towel animals and some snacks wishing her a good time for her first concert. the room came with mini travel essentials and robes. The location is perfect for a concert at Wembley (around 35 mins travelling if that) and the area felt very safe especially with 3 woman (one of which a child), behind the hotel were multiple cafes and fast food options. The hotel itself felt expensive between the decor, location and customer service. We tried to check into our room early however it was not ready, they held our luggage so we could explore a little and when we returned, they ensured our belonging were delivered to our room for when we checked in.

Clean, friendly, good use of space, coffee maker. Location was wonderful- central location and close to multiple train stations. We went all over the city from our hotel. Travel included the tube, busses, Eurostar to Paris, and Southern Trainline - getting to each station was very convenient. Employees assisting with breakfast were friendly and hardworking. No complaints.

Its close to the Hyde park, and many attractions , and thanks to be in the near of 2 underground lines , its easy to navigate in London , and you can easy also take the bus , the room was as in foto , like most city hotels renovated, but its in good conditions and thanks to the staff our stay was very comfortable and relax The breakfast was ok for me , its standart European but may lack for some other quest , but overall the staff was working hard and helpful so its hard to complain ,
