Great location, wonderful project for accessible accommodation I understand keeping the toilets clean is challenging, the rest is great. Breakfast has a few options but sufficient

There were 5single beds and great size wardrobes for each bed, bedside cabinets and a little table & chair per bed. Also 2 very small fridges. The room was bright.. very close to Bayswater & Queensway Tubes.. The shower was clean and the shower head was moveable which is good ?? Breakfast included however l didn’t get to have any … (l’d like to to say thank you to the lovely Irish chap in the kitchen who’d offered me cup of tea, so kind of him ) Breakfast was getting served from 9:15 onwards over the weekend ??which is insanely late for the busy city like London. People are up by 6/7am out & about already by 8am??so it would make sense to have items to grab and go kind of food perhaps people who are early risers or people having to leave early…

The room was spacious, the bed very comfy The duvet cover had stains on it, whether washable I could not tell. It was clean however there was a butter knife behind the desk and a little dusty. No towels provided, considering this was a single room not that cheap, I expected towels and some toiletries though.

Location was ideal for me as I arrived to Paddington Station just before midnight. It's a prime location anyway, just off Bayswater Road Basement where I stayed was dilapidated and dingy. Toilet floor was filthy, loo roll holder and paper towel dispenser were empty. Fortunately there were a few sheets of toilet paper on the shelf behind me, I used them before 6 am so the next person would have had a real problem!
