my experience at this place was very disappointing. The service was poor from the moment I arrived, especially at reception. The staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, making customers feel unwelcome rather than valued. If the management truly wants to improve the quality of this place, they should start by improving the attitude and professionalism of the reception staff. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to others and I would not choose to visit again

The location and the hostel staff are very friendly. I am surprised, I have not read this in the comments at all as this would have prevented me of booking this hostel in the first place, but the bunk beds are way to small for a tall person. If you are over 185cm tall, please be aware that you can not stretch your legs and will need to sleep with your legs pulled up. Furthermore the mattress is super thin (read: bench seating pillow quality) Lastly their was a very strong smell (read: wet stinky socks) in the staircase and hallways, lucky enough not in the dorm room I was staying in.
