Location. The room was really dirty. My mattress has blood stains on it. I slept in my cliths as everything felt grimy and dirty!! Someone came into my room a removed my fam without my permission!!! I had a awful week!!!

Easy to get to on public transport, good size room, lovely bathroom, clean throughout and staff were helpful Could maybe use the addition of a chair in the room but that’s me being VERY fussy

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my visit. A special thank you to Suresh, who provided exceptional service and made my stay even more enjoyable. He was always helpful, professional, and welcoming, ensuring that all my needs were taken care of promptly. I truly appreciated his hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

It’s in an excellent location with amenities all round. It’s perfect for a night or two stay, no longer. The Room was too hot, I had to ask for a fan. Upon asking, the receptionist had to enter the room to confirm this was the case, it made me appear as if I was lying which wasn’t the case and that made me uncomfortable. The receptionist ended up bringing me a fan which ended up not working so she had to replace it. I could see the effort she was putting in to assist me so I thank her for that. The room I was in was quite small, including the bathroom, so when using the toilet you had to make sure the bathroom door was close or you couldn’t seat down. The floor boards were creaky which was quite annoying. Also be mindful if you have a lot of luggage as there’s no lifts and you have to go up flight of stairs which gets narrower as you go up.

Good service. The service is very good. The reception is lovely and very friendly. The hotel is clean and very pleasant to stay in. The location is excellent. I also like that the bathroom is next to the window, which is ventilated. the place there is no elevator because I took my luggage and had to lift it to the third floor by myself, which is very heavy. If there is an elevator, everything will be perfect.
