Set within a Georgian townhouse, MSK Elite offers a choice of studios and apartments. Each comes fully equipped with a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a private bathroom. Laundry facilities are also available. The studios have a cozy seating area and the apartments boast a separate lounge. All rooms have newly fitted private bathrooms and equipped with a kitchenette. A good sized room with ensuite and kitchen facilities. Staff were very helpful especially when the room key didn't work. A staff member came with master key to let me in and provide new one within 2 minutes.

It was in a fabulous location, and immaculately clean. Loved that we had an iron, and a fridge. Not a dislike as such but an observation that the room was small for 3 people with cases. We managed but a triple rather than a double and single might have afforded more room for manoeuvre.

Fantastic location in the Hyde park area with two train stations in the parallel street. The room we had was ground floor with enough room for two people and two large suitcases. We appreciated having air conditioning - which we found is unusual to have in England & Europe - and was so helpful during the hotter days. The onsite washing machines were a good bonus and luckily we had our own laundry detergent to use. Staying on the ground floor we did hear the coming and going of guests through the front door, but this was very minor overall.

Location was fantastic. Close to tube and lots of cafe and restaurants around No Wifi for 90% of our stay. Communicated with staff and responded to say would be fixed but next 2 days later no response when asked again for updates and no Wifi which is essential when away and planning your days

Nice neighborhood close to Bayswater Underground, shops and restaurants. Very small rooms which isn’t a problem as you are out most of the time exploring however the bathroom size in our room was definitely an issue to manage.

Very well equipped, clean and great to have air conditioning. Good shower. Great location. Pillows were uncomfortable. That aroma spray in the hall is way too strong. On occasion could hear people upstairs.

Location is excellent and really close to Queensway which has all the convenience of shops and restaurants and underground. But the hotel is on the next street behind so it’s not noisy. The room was really small. The bathroom was so small it was hard to use. But it was clean enough. Beware that the check-in is at another property but it wasn’t far away. Minor inconvenience if carrying bags to the wrong place.

Clean, well maintained, great location No complaints, but I would say it would be a tight room for 3 adults, and the er would not be enough plates etc for 3 guests. We were only two so the small room was fine for us.
