Good location with great convenience and amenities close by, apartments had all the things you would get in a fully fledged hotel. Paid extra for balcony for both rooms but could not use them as they were super dirty with bird poo everywhere even on the chairs

The location of the property can not be beat. Super close to the Queensway tube entrance. We took train from Heathrow on Elizabeth line and transferred to circle line and walked off 1 block from hotel. Directly across the street from Kensington park Lovely! The room was small but very clean. We don’t stay in the room much so it was perfect for us. Pretty loud when other guests are coming and going and using the restroom. Once again not a big deal to us but if you are super sound sensitive maybe bring ear plugs.

The place is situated nicely and it is on a calm street without a lot of noise. The room was big enough and clean. There is a subway station really close to the apartment and Hyde park is right around the corner. Check in and check out were not super nice. Firstly, we had to walk to a completely different address for the keys and the staff there were not polite at all. I felt as if I were intruding on them.

Great location in a lovely neighbourhood, and the building is a nicely refurbished Georgian house that feels clean, fresh, and comfortable. We got a room on the top floor, which was clean and comfortable, but there was a continuous whooming noise outside, probably from an air‑conditioning or ventilation system. It’s a minor thing, though it would have been nice to have some smaller towels as well.

Clean, great location Marketed as parking, no parking available. Can barely sit on the toilet in the bathroom, very congested space. Paper thin walls, can hear pipes as if theyre right next to you

The location of this studio is just great, close to shops, restaurants, tube and Paddington station. The property is well maintained, looks clean and well equipped. I have only stayed for a night but it would be very comfortable for a longer stay with kitchenette. There wasn’t anything there I didn’t like but only as a suggestion it would be great to have a dustpan available to clean the floor if needed. Also, I wasn’t sure how to access the patio in the evening as the access card was not opening the door, so maybe some guidelines on the paper handed in the reception - this is not a complaint just suggestion :-).
