The location was absolutely perfect, the room was extra clean and had everything we needed. The staff were super helpful and kind, we loved our experience here overall! Super good value for money, would definitely stay here again:)

The front desk staff are super nice: they helped me check in a few minutes early, and gave me a small toiletry bottle after one of mine had leaked in transit. The building is renovated beautifully. After a long flight, I was delighted to stay in such a modern room with ample amenities and an ensuite bathroom (rare at this price point in the city centre). I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to London. The hotel is a bit of a walk from Paddington Station, but I actually liked going a little further into the neighborhood because the street was quiet.

Its close to everything! Over the many years my husband & I have been traveling to London we always end up staying in the same neighborhood. Since we were only here for a short visit the value of Bob W was the reason for our choice. The room was pretty clean, very small and no view it was fine for the 48’s we were visiting. The staff is very fun and friendly. Put a correct toilet seat on your toilet. Room G-02

No fuss. Easy to come and go

Location by the park and palace, very clean and beautiful bathrooms. Verifiable room offerings and secure lookers for valuable belongings and larger bag holdings. Breakfast options at bit bleak, didn’t find out about the lockers until leaving and didn’t have the app login ability so couldn’t access until staff were available. This was amended once highlighted.

The hotel is very clean! I'm sure the housekeepers do a great job, but the hotel being pretty new also helps, I believe. ;) Since we stayed more than 7 nights, we also made use of their room cleaning service. We conveniently asked for it via the guest portal and where able to choose a timeslot, so we could fit that in our planning for that day and made sure, we were not in the room, which has benefits for the staff and us as guests. The amount of contact that you have with the staff is reasonably limited to one person greeting you at the entrance (for check-in purposes). Everything else you might need, can be arranged via their guest portal or via WhatsApp. Entrance to the building and your room is done via keycode, which you'll receive on the day of arrival, That is so convenient! The hotel has a great location, which is close to several Underground Stations and Bus lines. There are also more than enough good restaurants and supermarkets in the neighborhood to grab some food and drinks. We had a great stay! The room had a few little quirks, like a bathroom (sliding) door that wouldn't stay closed and a squeaky floor, but nothing that was really bothersome. The thing we didn't like happened after we got back home. Apparently every room should come with an Instax camera, that you can borrow and use during your stay in London. That was something we didn't know about until we got back home, because we never got one. So for one, we missed out on a service, that was included in our stay and would have been fun to make use of, but that's ok. The bothersome part however is the email we got from the hotel staff, kindly asking us to return the Instax that belonged to our room. No matter how nicely they asked us to return the item, it remains an accusation of stealing without having any proof. After emailing them and extensively explaining that we never had one in the room to begin with, we quickly received a reply thanking us for our information and to disregard their earlier email. Glad it got solved that quickly, but this definitely left a bad taste in our mouth. So check your room for an Instax, when you check-in, and notify staff if it isn't there.

Location is good near the underground, restaurants nearby and a quiet neighborhood. The rooms where small and the shower buttons did not work all the time but not a major problem.
