Blakemore Hyde Park

Fantastic location in a beautiful neighborhood. We stayed a week and it was fairly reasonable for an expensive city stay. Near many nice restaurants and grocery shops. Beds were a bit firm but this was a small thing.

Very central! The staff was very helpful and nice. Bring your own slippers as they don’t offer them and also no utilities in the bathroom were available besides shampoo and conditioner, which is not common for 4 stars hotels. The room was smaller than expected

the property looked good and gougious, but the inside was not good enough.too old ! reception, they were not guests oriented, some never smiled and asked money for services

Great location! Everyone was amazing except for one. Everyone else was so helpful and very friendly! Very good stay all in all. Perfect spot. A/c for first room was not working and wanted us to stay with windows open. Later on agreed to transfer us to bigger but was an accessible room. The bed and pillow was horrible.

nice location, good beds, quiet, spacious. breakfast was pretty bad. the eggs seemed to have been from freeze dried mix. awful.

It was an excellent location and distant enough from major noisy establishments. It was located in a beautiful part of Paddington and within close distance to everything we needed to see and we were able to walk to nearly everything. We were able to watch an international soccer match and the staff had set up a big screen for any one who wanted to watch the game. The staff were brilliant and warm helpful and genuinely interested in their patrons. Nothing to add

Clean, light and bright Walls have poor insulation, so can hear movement in adjacent rooms. Other resident using bathroom.

1) staff were very unfriendly / rude and short - one felt one was inconveniencing them when one asked for something- inhospitable need to learn some customer service skills 2) it was never communicated that our room would be in the basement with no window 3) the tripple junior room should have had three beds as advertised - instead it was one double and a sofa bed 3) the breakfast was actually TERRIBLE- very poor quality and very little choice 4) the rooms were not cleaned properly - dirty crockery / left over q-tip under a carpet - bed not properly made - things left j der the ned from previous guests - empty water bottle and a child toy 5) and there was no need to change towels everyday as we left them hanging up - no environmental considerations

It’s a very beautiful property, great entrance and beautiful looking lobby We left our luggage after check out with a concierge and it’s free of charge Our room was at the end of the corridor on the 5th floor and it was very very quiet so we both slept great
