Our room for 4 was spacious and immaculately clean. Close to train station and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Staff was super nice! Nothing.

Superb staff attitude: I had to leave a day early to cope with a family emergency. They kindly halved the bill, but were not at all obliged to do so.

Climate control in bedroom was a little cold and hard to stabilize in bathroom. Free coffee in lobby area would be a plus.

This is our second stay at the Cleveland Hotel. It’s cozy, clean, and a convenient location. It’s near Paddington station, and it’s a great neighborhood. It has several restaurants/pubs nearby. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Martin is always a delight, and he helped us book our third stay. None

Hotel was in a fantastic location from Bayswater tube station and close to Paddingron, warm welcome awaited us!!!! Room was huge clean warm and so tidy, nce kitchenette area, beds so comfy and very quiet area, great advice from reception staff, great ships near by highly recommended i All was amazing

We really liked the location and the kitchen! Also we previously asked to have our bags dropped off early thinking we would not be able to check in but were provided with an early check in, much to our surprise! It was delightful. I even had all I needed to make a full english breakfast in the hotel, which was very nice. It isn’t the most sound proof so sometimes you can hear people shuffling about..

Stairs yes there is an elevator but expect to traverse 5-10 stairs to get to your floor plus steps to enter the building.
