Caring Hotel

Very good

Location was great, and the building itself is glorious!! Staff were lovely and there were tea and coffee facilities in the room. The room was quite small for a double and was very hot! I was oh the highest floor of the property and the window did not stop rattling when the wind blew! The room was also extremely hot…. I stayed on a reasonably warm day but would not want to stay there in the heat of summer! Bed was comfy and I even though I struggled to get to sleep, I felt I slept well when I did. There was a hairdryer which was good but it was a bit sticky to touch in a few places and dusty.

I came to London for work and this place was perfect for 2 nights! The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom clean and the place is very quiet! The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The location was just perfect. I’m very happy I found this hotel

Good location, worth to price

The location was great and the room was lovely, with a nice view of the street. The continental breakfast was also good and the 2 staff members that were overlooking the breakfast room did a great job. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. Good value for money. It was awkward passing by the bed to walk around the rest room as there was not much space between the foot of the bed and the wall.

The room was lovely and spacious with three very comfortable beds (triple room) and plenty of storage space. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bathroom modern, with a great shower. There was a fan provided, which was appreciated in the hot weather during our stay. The breakfast was modest, but sufficient, and the breakfast room inviting and comfortable. Staff friendliness varied a lot, but most were helpful and nice. Steep stairs, so not much fun with suitcases. No view from the room, as looking into the inner courtyard (but not very important either!). And no effort was made to provide even gluten-free bread, when asked in advance, so had to bring our own for my coeliac family.

It was nice to stay at a hotel which was friendly, welcoming and personal. For this I must credit the lady I met at reception on arrival. My single room was very good, very comfortable bed, good choice on tv, and good shower. Breakfast was basic, but it was included in the price. Located in a lovely area on Craven Hill, peaceful, yet close by to Paddington and Queensway. I am very happy to stay at this hotel on my next visit.

It was clean tidy and really close to Paddington station. The receptionists were lovely and helpful Not much really to complain about. The bath towels were very small and the room was very narrow in places which wouldn’t be good if you were on the large side.

Close to Kensington garden, really nice and peaceful location close to bus, underground and trains. Easy to arrive from London Heathrow. no lifts

Great access to Hyde park

Excellent and warm welcome for Mira. She makes guest at ease and welcomed.

Nice and clean. Walking distance (just) to Royal Albert Hall. Second floor after a long walk!
