the staff were very friendly and helpful. the distance from train stations were good enough for my family to walk to get trains. the bedroom was family friendly the cleaning staffs are doing well but needs to be a bit thorough with the cleaning of the bathroom and carpet

The location was perfect, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. I have nothing negative to say, the staff were lovely, we were able to leave our luggage before and after check in which made exploring a lot easier!

Staff were all nice and helpful. Location close to Hyde park. Temperature of room. Stayed on top floor. Outside temperature during the day was 33C but the room was about 53C!! Had a portable air conn unit in room with a hose going out the window which means the hot air also gets into the room! Had to sleep on the floor with my head in the mini fridge!!

Staff were excellent, room was exceptionally clean including under the bed, was able to leave luggage before and after check in/out, freshly baked pastries The cooked breakfast items were a little underwhelming.

The price was great for a last minute booking. A short walk from the various different places we were going. Whilst very nice the three person rooms was very tiny. To enter the room everyone had to be on the landing to open the door, and the end of the single bed was right there. Priced accordingly and didn’t upset the stay.
