Breakfast was good. It was difficult sometimes to explain what I wanted as staff didn't speak much English Our room was in the basement so above ground level would have been better

It was an easy process to get check in, no hassle. It had a lift to get to higher floors. The sheets and towels were replaced every day, that was a big bonus. It was relatively to close to the main metro station and bus stops. The sink in the washroom was small and positioned awkwardly, making it hard to wash your face. And the washrooms itself very small. The shower head had a hole so the water was not coming out properly. And lastly and most importantly the air was very dry and not much circulation.

Excellent location. We loved having a room for all five of us. Really central to Paddington, lots of lovely restaurants around. Beds were pretty comfy. Very safe area. Brilliant value for money for the five of us- we were also on the 6th floor which was great for the view The lift- albeit fun- was a bit intense. We also got woken up by the hotel staff calling us at 6am, asking if our room was leaking. While obviously we appreciate leaks need urgent attention, a 6am wake up call did not go down too well, especially since we had been out the night before. Not particularly impressed with that part. Did the job for a short stay. Might be a struggle for a longer stay

The property was in a convenient spot, close to everything we needed and good for a 3 night stay. The room was cleaned everyday and most of the staff were really helpful. Our room was on the fifth floor and felt like a sauna, it was so hot and there was a fan that did nothing so I wouldn’t recommend staying here in the middle of summer. The tap only seemed to pour out hot water also. Our room then flooded in the middle of the night from the roof on our second to last night and we lost power. We were forced to moved rooms at 1AM and then never compensated for this inconvenience, all we asked was for a refund on one night due to this.

Close to transport to city center Our twin room was facing the street on ground floor, room not fully renovated, beds very small and bedding cheap.
-
That they pro-actively provided a fan Not next to the subway
-
Only the location Window was insecure. Poor value for money. Substandard breakfast. Cleaning equipment left in corridor permanently. Our room had been renovated but friends who also stayed had a totally unrenovated room and bathroom.
