I have only positive things to say about my stay. First and foremost, I would like to thank Lavinia, Maria, and Arjun for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine interest in making our stay enjoyable. They were always polite, friendly, and attentive. It was my mother’s birthday during our visit, and Lavinia, Maria, and Arjun personally organized a special celebration for her after learning about the occasion. Their thoughtfulness and effort made my mother feel truly special and turned her birthday into a memorable experience for our family. We are sincerely grateful to all three of them for this wonderful gesture. The hotel is very clean, the staff is attentive and welcoming, and the location is excellent, convenient, and safe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!

Great location, while the room was compact it provided everything you would expect for room accommodation. The outlook was beautiful, looking over the garden in the centre of the street. Unlike many hotels nearby the Caesar is on a very quiet street, a real bonus given the location. The staff were highly professional and available 24/7. Highly recommend.

I didn't like room service taking the second key card out of the insert necessary to power room.

We were on an extended week long work/vacation trip. The breakfast was the best out of the whole trip. Incredible options on the menu. Full English complete with black pudding! The power to the fridge turns off when you leave the room. Rooms are definitely small.

To be honest everything was great. I had my sister and her husband come in to our room at the time of checkin to give me shower supplies and gifts and they stayed for 1.5 hrs. Staff was informed days before check in and this was okayed. I got 2 calls in that 1.5 hrs passive aggressively reminding us about the max occupancy limits. Which we completely get and we had emailed before hand to make sure it was okay for a once of Occassion. We had also checked in online before the stay and were asked to present documents again during check in at hotel. Apart from this staff were great.
